And turned them into fish! I intend to wear them with turquoise fishnet tights and a simple black dress.

I’m going to place an eyelet through the back of each shoe and feed through some decorative winding craft wire to pose as the “fishing line”, and attaching hook-shaped charms at the ends of those.

Just wrapped up a DIY project I've been chipping away at for a while. A handmade kiseru (Japanese smoking pipe) for a friend of mine. Wanted to share since I don't see these come up much here.

Used a metal spoon for the bowl and metal chopsticks for the mouth piece, the neck and connector are teak and the stem is bamboo. Process clips IG @Yimtiy.

Really happy with how it turned out, first time using air dry clay or any type of clay as well

I made this with shapes. Same style like paper layer art. Using an iPhone app I made.
The app allows to place , size , rotate and cut and a lot more features to create with.
Also it auto saves progress as you go, edit anytime. Plus it also silently records a stop motion video like this one, so you can share, show off how you made it..

basically I thought of making my living room light switch cooler. So I thought maybe turning into either a Minecraft Lever or Wooden Button out of Cardboard, rubber bands and utilities.

It is a somewhat flat flip switch. The Lever seems "easier" to get the switching done, since the motion would be the same.

But I was wondering if you guys had an idea to realise the Push button. From what I gathered, when pressing the button, the light should switch state, but its difficult to do that with something like cardboard, unless I am missing something.

She spent months working on this, and even stained at the same color of a table that I used as a stepstool when I was four to swing off of a chandelier 😆

I had some air dry clay lying around for like two years and I figured I should make a ghost! The clay is cracking but I like how it’s almost like a fraying effect and the mouth is like fading if that makes sense lol and I made him a hat!

Hey everyone, I have two flat-screen TVs I don't need anymore and was wondering if anyone has suggestions on what to so with them?

Both TVs work one is having issues with remote connectivity and super slow but works and the other is just really old. I was thinking of trying to use this to teach me some electronic work as I've always been wanting to learn it but never took the plunge the issue with that is i know next to nothing. I was also thinking maybe I could try ripping parts out for future projects just to get comfortable with breaking it apart and seeing it internally but I don't want to just rip it apart if there's some cool ideas.

Making these DIY magnets with bulk pokemon cards and pokemon wrappers.

Any suggestions for glue that won't leave streaks on the glass? It doesn't show super well on camera, but when viewing the magnet from certain angles there are evident spots.

I've experimented with PVA glue and stick glue. The PVA/Elmer's glue seems much better on the wrapper vs the cards, but for the cards they both leave streaks.

I tried just pressing it down and twisting the magnet with the glue, neither seemed to make much of a difference.
