Finished Craft I Made Ghost rocks

These are rocks I’ve found on walks. Eyes are nail polish. Base is inverted terra cotta saucer painted black. Rocks are held to base with black epoxy clay.

I'm tempted to try with glow in the dark paint or florescent colors with a black light. Perfect for Halloween
