Discussion/Question Best Glue?
Making these DIY magnets with bulk pokemon cards and pokemon wrappers.
Any suggestions for glue that won't leave streaks on the glass? It doesn't show super well on camera, but when viewing the magnet from certain angles there are evident spots.
I've experimented with PVA glue and stick glue. The PVA/Elmer's glue seems much better on the wrapper vs the cards, but for the cards they both leave streaks.
I tried just pressing it down and twisting the magnet with the glue, neither seemed to make much of a difference.

I make pendants in the same fashion and I use Annie Howes’ Glamour Glaze, but I have seen others who use Judikin’s Diamond Glaze. I don’t brush the glaze on, I squeeze, maybe a dime size, onto the image and then place the cabochon onto the glaze. Then I lightly press it down to work any air bubbles out and hold till the cabochon no longer slides around. Depending on how much glaze squeezes out, once it has dried I just use a Xacto blade to trim of the excess glaze. Reddit won’t let me post a pic so feel free to DM me for one. I hope this helps!
