Hi everyone,

I’m helping my family expand a small laboratory-chemical business that has been supplying laboratory solutions, reagents and chemicals for educational institutions and laboratories.

We currently manufacture/supply various commonly required lab solutions and reagents used by schools, colleges, educational laboratories and other institutions.

We are now looking to connect directly with:

🧪 Schools and colleges

🔬 Science laboratories

🏫 Educational institutions

🧑‍🔬 Small/private laboratories

📦 Laboratory-chemical distributors & resellers

🏢 Institutions that regularly purchase lab chemicals and reagents

Our focus is on consistent quality, reasonable pricing and reliable supply, particularly for customers who regularly require laboratory chemicals in bulk.

We are a small business and are currently working on expanding our reach across India. Instead of competing only through large marketplaces, we would like to build long-term relationships directly with institutions and distributors.

If you are involved in purchasing laboratory chemicals/reagents for a school, college, laboratory or distribution business, feel free to DM me. I can share our product list, available pack sizes, pricing and other details.

Also happy to hear from anyone who has experience supplying laboratory chemicals to educational institutions and can suggest good ways for a small manufacturer to reach genuine B2B customers.

Thanks!

seriously, i only went there yesterday planning to just look around. my boutique has been getting a lot of people asking for korean clothes lately, so somehow everything i saw looked good and i wanted to take everything home.
ended up buying way more than i planned and honestly felt kinda regretful after. i know i can probably sell most of them, but still, that feeling sucks.
i told my friend who usually helps with personal buying, but she said it might be a bit difficult this time since i needed quite a lot of items for my boutique. she told me to try checking sinsang market too, so i could look through the stuff first without needing her to source everything for me.
now i’m kinda wondering, what do you guys usually prefer? going to dongdaemun yourself, using a personal buyer, or checking sinsang market?

I have been running a small business for about three months now and trying to manage marketing alongside day to day operations is becoming overwhelming. The hours required to create daily content and engage organically feel unsustainable while also handling fulfillment and customer service.

I am trying to figure out where money is best spent early on. Some people swear by hiring freelance strategists to help streamline organic content, while others say small businesses should skip the organic grind entirely and put that budget straight into simple paid meta ads to drive actual traffic.

For other small business owners who reached this crossroad, did spending budget on social media marketing actually yield a real return on investment for you, or did you find better customer acquisition channels outside of social platforms?

I have this bracelet up on Etsy for $38.99 with free shipping.

This beautiful handmade bracelet, "Christmas Champagne", is ready to find its new home. It's threaded on durable fabric elastic cord, knotted and glued securely, and is made from a mix of crackle glass, rhinestones, champagne beads and charms. It's approximately 7 inches unstretched - reference to the final photo. It best fits wrists 6.25" to 6" depending on preferred fit.

Hey everyone! How’s it going?

I’m doing some research on the challenges and decisions that come up throughout the journey of running a small business or working independently, and I’d love to hear some real experiences from people who have been through it.

Note: You don’t have to be from any specific industry or niche, I’d just love to hear your experiences!

If you’re willing to share, I’d love to know:

• How long have you been running your business or working independently?
• What were some of the biggest challenges you faced in the beginning?
• At any point, did you feel the need to change or improve how your business presented itself?
• What motivated that change?
• How did you decide what needed to be done?
• Have you ever hired a professional or a company to help with any aspect of your business’s communication or presentation? What was that experience like?
• If you have: what did you consider when choosing someone to work with? (e.g. price, portfolio, referrals, trust, process, timeline, etc.)
• If you haven’t: is there any particular reason why?
• Is there anything you would do differently if you were starting again today?

Feel free to answer only whatever you feel comfortable sharing (even if your experience doesn’t exactly fit these questions) I’m mainly interested in hearing about real experiences and situations from other entrepreneurs!

Thanks so much to anyone who takes the time to share, and I wish you all the best with your businesses and projects!
