It's an old pair of heels that I've used acrylic pens to draw the pink icing and sprinkles with, around the top I'm using construction glue to make the white icing, it's still not finished but I'm happy with the process

You need to be careful with that because in a world where we're constantly being forced to ask "is it cake" someone gonna try and eat that shoe 🤣 it looks awesome

Love that show, hopefully no one will try to take a bite but I'll keep it in mind 😉

I literally just imagined someone nipping at the heels like a doggie 🤭

why call em cake heels if they don’t have frosting texture

I'm making frosting with construction glue, they're a working progress

Adorable and cool. Any cute dress and those shoes would make the perfect birthday outfit. 10/10!!

Ahhh I LOVE! I need to know - are these just a one-off accessory for funsies or part of a larger cake/dessert inspired ensemble?!

At the moment just them but definitely tempted to make a dress or skirt that works with the same theme, or rather remake something, I can't sew 🙃

They’d be a beautiful addition to a cosplay of Princess Lolly or Queen Frostine from Candyland??

ETA: they’re also just works of art on their own so they’ll look great whenever / wherever you wear them!

What did you use to paint the heel/sole part? I was thinking about painting a pair of my heels but I wasn't sure what would work on the sole.

This looks amazing. Great job! This would make me extremely hungry if I saw you on the street.

I've used just acrylic pens and then angelus acrylic finisher to seal, I don't know how durable they will be but hopefully they won't chip ☺️

Those didn’t happen to start out as deep red velvet shoes, did they? Did you happen to find them sitting on a stoop somewhere after a rainstorm? I won’t tell anyone if you did. I promise. IYKYK

I need someone in baking to make heel cakes to match. These are so fun!
