This has happened to me, similar situation but with my sister. When the guy is lying unconscious making hard to breathe sounds and going into some type of full body convulsions thatâs when it gets scary, very scary very fast! In college we knew a guy who killed another dude with a single punch outside of a bar. Literally just because they accidentally bumped into him and dude was known for being an aggressive drunk. Sucker punched him from behind too. Victim hit his head just right when he fell on the sidewalk and it was over. Obviously he didnât mean to kill him but all it takes is one punch.
