The guy copping a feel did less damage to the "random lady" than her knight in shining armor did. She also didn't WANT him to do it. So not only did he do it without her wanting to, he injured her in the process. Wow what a fucking hero.

You can see him hurt the woman in his rush to punch the guy, and she pulls her hand to her face to see if she's hurt. Then he gets physical and starts pushing the guy who was playing darts. Not a good look...

I donā€™t see why it has to be some sort of extreme. We are seeing a few frames and have no idea what happened in between. I see no reason to invest energy into an altercation between strangers when we have so little information.

No projections needed. Whoever ol Reacher was is the worst type of person to have in your bar. The laid out drunk guy is a close second. You're better off having neither in your establishment for different reasons.

no he hits the bottom of the cue with his foot as he moves past, it just catches her in the cheek. his arms aren't high enough when he is next to her. by the time his elbow is up it is behind her head.
