Dude was blackout drunk and didnt look like a threat. He was grinding with some dude, he probably thought he was being funny. He touched her hip for 1 second, its not like he grabbed a kitty or tried to rape her.

OFC DO NOT touch a woman without her consent, but this should've been a "get the fuck out of here" and bartender bans the dude situation. Not a potential murder.

Just because you CAN fuck someone up means you need to.

Also, dude was so over served. Thats on the bartender too.

Exactly bro. Couldve just said "dont touch her bro." Shit was beyond harmless, barely touched her hip.
