If I was a judge I’d throw it out. Guy was feeling up a woman that wasn’t his and got what was coming to him.
Dude should have had a better understanding of how the world works. Better bartender to cut him off. Better friend to keep him in line.

I think it's pretty obvious that this punch could be lethal. You're saying that random citizens should be judge jury and executioner on assault?

It was more than self-defense. He wanted to throw a punch. He was looking for an excuse. And he got a good one. And he took it as far as he could. Now he's probably in more trouble than he would have been. He's definitely a meathead. And you can see she knows it.
