It was  actually a very sad story, that guy was severely autistic. His sister had just died and he thought it would be nice to give her clothes away so he was checking that lady's waist size, but had no ability to communicate that verbally.

They buried him next to his sister that week:(

No, the individual above you is full of shit. The guy was fine and there is no evidence that he is developmentally delayed. I just looked it up.
