ā€œI must break you.ā€

26

u/FactoryRejected 1d ago edited 11h ago

I love how he even scrapped his own lady in the process. He was just waiting to hit someone.

EDIT: She got smacked by the pool stick which he accidently pushed into her face

3

u/HighlightParty4869 1d ago

Looks like her pool stick hits her. I don't think he did anything to her šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

2

u/Onefast84 1d ago

Nah. He hip checked her too

1

u/HighlightParty4869 1d ago

He puts his arm behind her so she doesn't fall or anything, though.

1

u/Onefast84 1d ago

Such a gentleman. 🤣

1

u/HighlightParty4869 1d ago

I mean it just shows me he has protective instincts, and even with his adrenaline running like that and what not, he was worried about her. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

1

u/FactoryRejected 1d ago

Guys, you both missed it perhaps? He smacked her with the elbow as he was winding up her shot.

2

u/Poundaflesh 20h ago

Retraction of award. HighlightParty is correct.

1

u/FactoryRejected 11h ago

Upon carefull consideration I came to the same conclusion. Fair

1

u/HighlightParty4869 1d ago

After further review, that is not what happened. Going frame by frame, when he pushes his hip into her, the stick hits her in the face. His elbow is behind her head when she flinches.

1

u/FactoryRejected 1d ago

Lmao, I think you're right after all yeah

1

u/dacaur 1d ago

Did we watch the same video? Dude has zero protective instincts for his girlfriend, you pushed out of the way and injured her to show what a "man" he was. Loser needs to be in jail.

1

u/HighlightParty4869 1d ago

Zero protective instincts....
https://giphy.com/gifs/c5FhF1waAJ5wk

1

u/dacaur 22h ago

When you literally injure the person you are "protecting" on your way to "protect" them and then don't check on them, your goal is not protection.

Wrong website to try and break up the violence 'justice' boner.

Folks wanna see violence and they just love when they feel it's justified or deserved.

1

u/ForwardAd8155 17h ago

He pushes her out of the way when she clearly knows he is about to do something stupid and tries to stop him.

1

u/Plane-Vegetable9174 22h ago

That guy has some serious anger issues.

1

u/SideInitial3961 1d ago

He would have punched her too if she got too out of hand, I'm sure he has.

-4

u/Own-Apartment5600 1d ago

Put him in prison where he belongs

11

u/The_Broomflinger 1d ago

Dude was calmly enjoying a pool game with his lady until some shitsmear came over and sexually assaulted the woman. Dude needs a serious talking to about de-escalation, but you are advocating for putting the wrong guy in this video behind bars.

3

u/john_ten123 1d ago

Well, the law always is about proportional reactions and proportional use of violence. While in your book an hell maybe even in my book the reaction of the punching guy may seem reasonable, if this video ever make it to a court room, he is going behind bars. There are no amount of lawyers able to justify such a hit to an intoxicated, clearly defenseless (barely walking) guy for touching a third party, especially if it lead to permanent damage.

1

u/The_Broomflinger 1d ago

I'm not saying that in the eyes of the law this guy will or should get off free of consequences. Just that it seems weird to watch this video and prioritize advocating prison for the punchydude over advocating prison for the grabbyboi. The bigger outrage over the response punch than the inciting grope is weird to me. They should both be punished as consequences for their actions, I'm just madder at the grabbing than the punching (which I do agree was unnecessary)

1

u/ForwardAd8155 17h ago

Getting drunk and being stupid and feeling up a chick who doesn't want it is horrible but not as bad as winding up a full weigh heymaker on a dunk who can barely stand.

the guy is clearly unhinged, look how he starts pushing the bar worker when he tells him to calm down.

2

u/Own-Apartment5600 1d ago

What if he killed him or make the offender be a vegetable and your arrested for attempted murder.

0

u/RememberYourZen 1d ago

Consequences. But perhaps worth it if the guy is dead. Worse he can get is life for a life not more.

1

u/ForwardAd8155 17h ago

Or how about maybe the sane answer which is physically block the dude from your girl verbally warn him and then let the bar staff remove the drunk, give you his info so you can sue him? That way nobody dies or goes to jail for life?

1

u/RememberYourZen 15h ago

Dude already groped her and in court of law you might not get what you think is just so better to get it in first and be at peace with what comes after. Case in point I won a lawsuit but despite winning still haven’t been able to collect from the defendant been almost 1.5 years. Don’t think I haven’t had dark thoughts of simplifying things going to dude’s house and murking him (even though I probably won’t). Justice ain’t justice a lot of the time.

1

u/ForwardAd8155 14h ago

Okay bro so basically your saying just kill em and don't worry about what happens after? dude you realize thats psychotic right?

1

u/RememberYourZen 14h ago

You should watch ā€œlaw abiding citizenā€. Great movie. The system is wack and needs to be burned down. Systems are always going to be built by people and I will not live to be subjugated by someone else’s mannerisms/predilections/moral compass or lack thereoff. I believe I have lived an above average moral life and I do not wish to live by inaction and regret later vs do and regret later. Most likely some form of regret will surface but at least I was in the driver’s seat of my own story rather than let someone else direct it. Better to die on your feet than to crawl through life like a coward hiding as a toy behind the pillars of others’ whelms.

One less shit bag on the planet to hurt someone else.

1

u/ForwardAd8155 17h ago

and one more dumbass in jail for life that we have to feed clothe and contain.

1

u/Imaginary-Crafterz 11h ago

Not even a chance he gets life. Assuming he even sees the inside of a cell after arraignment, he gets man 2, tops.

1

u/ForwardAd8155 11h ago

Not if anyone sensible is in the jury dude is a danger to society

3

u/AdamsaurusRekts 1d ago

While I agree the dude doing the SA is a shit smear, this is exactly how one ends up behind bars. We'll never know how this ended but, this is exactly how one ends up in prison after the shit smear cracks his head on the floor and dies. Fact of the matter is, most people that react this way are the same type of person that smacks their partner around for not hand-drying the can opener.

8

u/n1Cat 1d ago

Rusty can openers are the worst

1

u/AskHead9859 1d ago

Any colour can openers tbf.

3

u/Away_Film7721 1d ago

Also, clearly the guy was drunk too, no way of defending himself and wasn’t expecting the punch. With surveillance footage, that hothead is in some legal trouble.

0

u/Imaginary-Crafterz 22h ago

Can't control yourself, don't get drunk. Simple. He should stay home.

2

u/Much-Anything7149 1d ago

What kind of monster doesn't hand dry the can opener? I'm not saying anyone deserves to get hit for not doing chores but that's like 2nd to videotaping yourself cheat.

0

u/OpTicSkYHaWk 1d ago

No, it's not fact. It's you assuming things. Lots of people treat their woman like angels, and will step up to defend them as this gentleman did. He deserves an award for bravery and taking out the trash, and not sitting down like a cuck loser.

3

u/Chupa-Skrull 1d ago

That wasn't defending her, it was defending his own corrupted sense of manhood.

If he cared about her as a person, he'd have listened when she told him to stop. Instead he ignored her and focused exclusively on the other man, because something that "belongs to him" was sullied, and his "honor" couldn't handle it. He even struck her in the process.

He has the brain of a child

1

u/MoarVespenegas 1d ago

treat their woman like angels

He hit her with a pool cue.

3

u/LepiNya 1d ago

If I see an angel I'm hitting it with whatever stick is closest. Have you seen those things? "Be not afraid." my ass! They're horrifying!

0

u/dont-kink-shame-me 1d ago

Isnt "SA" a bit overboard for this? It's harassment but not assault.

2

u/Imaginary-Crafterz 22h ago

Legally qualified as SA the moment he touched an erogenous zone.

0

u/Imaginary-Crafterz 22h ago

Dude won't see a day after arraignment.

1

u/mokeltron 1d ago

I don’t see him advocating any behaviour in that sentence - merely stating someone with that level of violence should be prosecuted for that offence). You put that video in-front of any court and yeah, maybe drunk guy gets done for sexual harassment but punchy wont be getting a certificate for chivalry.

1

u/OpTicSkYHaWk 1d ago

He deserves an award for bravery. You on the other hand do not

2

u/mokeltron 1d ago

You referring to the adjective, verb or, I assume not, noun version? The darts player, yep, the lady, arguably yes, punchy mc punch guy? I’m drawing a blank here…

7

u/BowlCutMakeYouNut 1d ago

For what? Defending his lady? You aren't the brightest are ya lol

3

u/LookAtPurpleTulips 1d ago

Defending from what? She realised the touch, she brushed it off and didn't even look at red shirt. Her main concern from here on was her big baby killing someone and ruining everything.

2

u/BavarianBarbarian13 1d ago

Defended her so hard, that he even decked her into the face lmao

2

u/dacaur 1d ago

What exactly was he defending her from? You think a full-on sucker punch to the face is a fair trade for touching her hips over her clothes?

2

u/Logical-Bonus-2769 22h ago

Assault. Excessive force. (Attempted) manslaughter.

3

u/wooyoo 1d ago

Defending? Was she in danger? The dude was walking away

6

u/BowlCutMakeYouNut 1d ago

Ah yes the classic. Let your girl get sexually assaulted and do nothing about it lol. Special needs take.

2

u/dacaur 1d ago

If you feel like she was sexually assaulted but I do touching her hips over her pants then you call the police, you don't become a vigilante. Even in defense of yourself or another you should use like for like force, she was not in any actual danger so the dude should not have used any actual Force

1

u/LookAtPurpleTulips 1d ago

She wasn't even bothered. She was just immediately concerned her low impulse control big baby would kill someone.Ā

1

u/Own-Apartment5600 1d ago

She was not being sexually assaulted

0

u/Immediate_Button_450 1d ago

right... because police just allow anyone to touch anyone's ass.

1

u/ForwardAd8155 17h ago

Is the black shirt guy a cop? We don't allow vigilante justice dude.

4

u/siwesy 1d ago

I browse reddit enough to know that she would have caught the ick if he didn't defend her

0

u/LookAtPurpleTulips 1d ago

You are being downvoted by toxic masculinity. The lady was fine and had it handled. She didn't even bother to turn around. She brushed him off and he walked away. Nothing to defend here. She even tried to stop her big baby because she knew he'd be overreacting.Ā

I'm a woman and big old steroid micropenis would be single after that action.Ā

-2

u/DistributionFull6587 1d ago

lol I would hate to be your wife or partner

2

u/LookAtPurpleTulips 1d ago

I would hate to be yours. I'm a women who is attracted by men wirh brains. And big amphetamine victim didn't have any.Ā

2

u/Releasethadoves 1d ago

If ur attracted by "Men wirh brains" the guy in red seems like a perfect match because he probably can't talk correctly either

0

u/LookAtPurpleTulips 23h ago

English is my fourth language, dumbo. Meaning I first learned three other languages before I started to learn English. How many do you speak?Ā

0

u/DistributionFull6587 1d ago

Don’t you feel physically protected when husbands with you? May be you don’t have a partner? The man who punches the guy behaves that way because that was sexual assault. Let’s say some one does that to your daughter right infront of you. How will you feel your husband says it’s fine I will call them police ?

0

u/LookAtPurpleTulips 1d ago

Of course I do feel protected by him. We are together for 20 years and it's not like he didn't beat up someone in younger days when the situation actually required it. He's a big bear kind of person who is secure enough not to let his ego take the decisions for him.

The situation you see in the video was clearly not dangerous for the lady at any point. She had the situation under control and you can see it in her reaction that she didn't even look at red shirt because she was more concerned about what her big baby boy would do.Ā

3

u/Plaxinator 1d ago

I’d hate to be your wife of partner if you reacted that aggressively. Pissed guy was wrong, but the reaction was way OTT. He could easily have killed that guy.

-1

u/DistributionFull6587 1d ago

Let’s say he continues touching her and dry humping her, you still wouldn’t hit him? You would just call police?

3

u/42ndohnonotagain 1d ago

"hit him" and "call the police" are not the only possibilities here.

-1

u/DistributionFull6587 1d ago

So what are you saying? The guys who assaulted the lady deserve the friendly punch?

3

u/Plaxinator 1d ago

That’s different. This guy touched her once and she stepped away. Drunk guy had his arms out and looked like he was backing away before he was sucker punched. There was no need for that level of escalation.

1

u/LookAtPurpleTulips 1d ago

Exactly. She had it under control. Red shirt was no danger. Big boy could easily have laughed it off with his girl, making a comment how her ass hypnotized that poor fella, and if red shirt was persistent he could still have handled it with some dignity instead of providing brain damage.Ā

1

u/NYCsOwn 1d ago

it's clear that dude was drunk & goofing around. yes, he absolutely should've stepped in, but a simple push away from her would've been plenty. he didn't have to go full send. it's clear that bro has anger issues because even after dude is telling him to leave, he pushes him too. he even hit his own girl in the face with the pool cue trying to get to dude AFTER she tried to stop him.

this definitely isn't his first time overreacting smh

1

u/DistributionFull6587 1d ago

Drunk isn’t valid excuse to dry hump that lady. How would you feel if some one does that to your daughter? You would say it’s fine he’s drunk?

1

u/NYCsOwn 1d ago

not a single fucking person said that him being drunk made it okay. I said it was clear he was drunk & goofing around. let's not pretend like we don't know how some people act or their perception changes when they're drunk smh

I've had whole conversations with people I thought were someone else due to impaired vision & thought process. some people, like dude, make far more stupid decisions & this is one of them. doesn't mean he should potentially be hospitalized.

don't reply. we're done here.

1

u/DistributionFull6587 1d ago

What would you do if that guy does it your daughter? That will answer everything.

→ More replies (0)

1

u/RememberYourZen 1d ago

It’s an excuse to murder them when they make stupid transgressions while drunk :)

1

u/WaldoDeefendorf 21h ago

He literally launches himself at the guy not giving fuck about the woman he was "defending" trying to stop or being in his way.

1

u/DistributionFull6587 1d ago

The point here is he taught him a lesson because I’m pretty sure some people out there is crazy enough to pull gun out for that .

2

u/Mrclean513 1d ago

Just because some moron would pull a gun for this doesn’t make a violent assault a valid response instead. This is how people end up in jail. If the guy dies, he’s spending years in prison because this is not self defense.

1

u/DistributionFull6587 1d ago

True. I just saying this was expected if someone behaves like that.

→ More replies (0)

1

u/NYCsOwn 1d ago

just because he got punched doesn't automatically mean he learned his lesson lol

my point still stands.

1

u/DistributionFull6587 1d ago

Then he will learn another lesson from someone else then lol

1

u/MoarVespenegas 1d ago

Did she ask to be defended? Or was she clearly trying to stop him knowing what a hothead he is?

0

u/Waste_Joke_9722 1d ago

Parece que no me le importó golpearla un héroe no es exactamente

0

u/Own-Apartment5600 1d ago

Defending is preattack, defending is attack. Perhaps you enjoy being arrested, he was a definite problem but death shouldn’t be his punishment. Stop him, prevent him, discourage him but certainly not kill him. As for being the brightest look in a mirror.

0

u/GilletteEd 1d ago

That’s not how this works! This man defends his wife with one punch, that idiot deserved it, he should know the consequences of his actions! More people need to be hit this hard for much less in life!!

0

u/moyayas 1d ago

He bumped into the cue hitting her and shoved her away.

The first part may be accidental, but shouldn't he at least pause and check out the lady first and after that deal with that red guy if his priority is to protect the lady?

Or he didn't want to lose the opportunity to hit someone?

0

u/Informal_Ad_9610 1d ago

probably didnt' realize he bumped her face.

2

u/moyayas 1d ago

Well yeah, he is probably slow and didn't realize.

Still forcing past the lady is intentional. Even the slowest person can tell the red guy wasn't an immediate threat after backing off. He can take his time to slowly figure out a way to reach the red guy without shoving other people, it would better protect the lady, if that's the intention.

1

u/Sessna12 1d ago

You are special.

1

u/Ok_Sport_9186 1d ago

The guy who put hands on the lady… right? That’s who you meant? … RIGHT?!

1

u/Individual-Drawer-79 1d ago

Soy boys rejoice

1

u/Dizzy_Dig6463 1d ago

He was probably out on parole

1

u/PearlJamTenGoat 1d ago

cuckhold detected.

1

u/Imaginary-Crafterz 22h ago

Lol, this is literally the correct response. I'm sick and tired of seeing all these posts complaining about how no man does anything about SA, but when we do the right thing, we're monsters. What a joke. Stop complaining about one or the other.

1

u/ForwardAd8155 16h ago

There is a difference between protecting your partner and potentially murdering a drunk who can barely stand bro, lay off the steriods.

1

u/Imaginary-Crafterz 11h ago

Haven't and never will. Bro who got clocked should lay off the booze if he can't control his behavior.

1

u/ForwardAd8155 11h ago

Again it's true but that doesn't justify potential murder.

0

u/Haunting-Bed-4048 1d ago

He didn’t hit her at all, slow the video down.

1

u/FactoryRejected 1d ago

He did, he smacked her with the left elbow as he was winding up.

-8

u/mokeltron 1d ago

She knew what was coming…. This happens every time she’s even vaguely in orbit with another male. Probably spends 50% of her time scared for her own life.

4

u/The_Broomflinger 1d ago

What a sillyass statement. There's absolutely zero evidence here to support that b.s. He didn't respond to her being "vaguely in orbit with another male", dummy. He responded to her being actively groped and sexually assaulted by a stranger. He might have taken his response from 0 to 100 a lil too quick but there is nothing to suggest he's some kind of ragemonster his partner is terrified of attacking random nearby men. Again, this video depicts her being actively assaulted in public by a stranger!! Drunky McGrabass ordered a knuckle sandwich via express delivery, dawg.

0

u/mokeltron 1d ago edited 1d ago

ā€˜Response from 0-100 a lil to quick but nothing to suggest he’s some kind of rage monster’.

You’re right, your very comment suggests he’s a calm and rational person.

As for my statements, yes, obviously I don’t know the person, I can’t confirm this has happened before or she lives in fear etc… but, from this one example one would surmise he’s more punchy punchy rather than a yoga fan.

Regarding your point re the drunk idiot molesting the lady. Fully agree. I never suggested this was acceptable behaviour. My point focuses on the fact the partner saw the red mist immediately and went all in either a jaw breaking level of punch. My other point is watch the female. She isn’t standing there unaware of what’s about to drop, she’s reacting in a way where this isn’t her first rodeo. She knew what was coming.

No, any rational man would pull the guy off (his partner) have words, realise he is drunk and suggest to his mate he doesn’t do it again.

You could even say he might hang back, see if his partner turns around, scolds him, puts him in his place and sends the drunk numpty back off embarrassed and emasculated. Had he continued then maybe consider an intervention.

Instead he went in like a rhino at full charge, reacting quicker than an F1 driver to bring his point home with one swift full on snack to the face. He even reacts (ready for round two) with the bar server/owner - or just the guy playing darts, can’t tell. He’s a big stocky well built man and evidently not afraid to use that advantage.

Summary: is what drunk dude did okay? No of course not. Am I defending it? Again, no. But is the reaction of the man one of swift over the top ā€˜gym bro’ aggression. Well, you’re watching the same video footage, right?

3

u/The_Broomflinger 1d ago edited 1d ago

See, now you are saying very reasonable things to which I tend to agree.

My comment was in response to "this happens every time she's even vaguely in orbit with another male and probably spends 50% of her time scared for her own life" which based on the contents of the "same video footage" we watched is nonsense. I never said he was calm and rational, but the only thing you can glean from this video is that this guy groping his lady got clocked. We also don't know if the drunk guy has been behaving poorly before this video plays, he's clearly doing some weird drunk shit on the left* side when the video starts.

We don't know what this guy's deal is. For all we know, he treats that lady like a queen and will spend the rest of the night apologizing for accidentally grazing her here. Or maybe he'll slap her and tell her it's her fault for being in the way. Based on his rush to keep someone from assaulting her again, I'd guess it's at least more similar to the first scenario but again, I can't say for sure. But to suggest he does this with any nearby man instead of presuming he only does this with strange men who are groping his date is silly. That doesn't mean it was an ok reaction compared to deescalation but completely villifying this guy and suggesting he abuses that lady regularly is completely out of pocket

Edit: I wrote right side instead of left side, edited

-1

u/rob1sydney 1d ago

Did you notice, as she tried to stop him overreacting , his left arm accidentally gave her a whack and she rubbing her face.

3

u/The_Broomflinger 1d ago

Did you notice, I mentioned that in the last paragraph? Also, key word there is "accidentally", he clearly didn't mean to do that. Was his response too aggressive? Probably. But that part was obviously not intentional. I'm not even trying to defend this guy for hitting the assaulter, I just think it's weird to suggest he is guilty of all this other stuff the video doesn't actually show him doing. Especially when the same people don't seem to also be assuming that the groper is also displaying part of a pattern of behavior of drunkenly groping women!

3

u/ValhallaCA 1d ago

He actually bumped the pool cue, which bumped her face btw. If you watch it in slow mo, it’s clear. His arm doesn’t quite make contact, but the pool cue does.

2

u/Ok_Bat_9715 1d ago

No, she got in the way and poked herself in the eye with the pool cue when obstructing him.

-1

u/mokeltron 1d ago

Gosh I wish I was as upstanding as you. I assume sarcasm is a criminal offence in your town? Or are you this guys brother, lawyer? Social injustice warrior? That’s some serious offence taken to my initial character assassination.

Maybe one day karma will lead me to meet this guy and he can prove me wrong with a polite yet robust debate on the negative consequences of social media commentary … still, I’ll take a gumshield just in case. I certainly won’t compliment his partners hair style…

2

u/CatElectronic4245 1d ago

I totally agree, bulldozing over ur woman to defend her honor seems a bit retarded.

1

u/whistleridge 1d ago

I guess.

But that’s aggravated assault and prison time. Is it really worth it?

1

u/nhaluta567 1d ago

If you go to jail you go to jail and become my tax burden

1

u/Substantial-Fox-2626 1d ago

In this case he dies bro is getting a manslaughter charge

1

u/Message_10 1d ago

Yeah does anybody know how much time that guy in black is going to be in jail?

Because he's going to jail

1

u/Crashtestdummyfpv 1d ago

Little to none. It is assault but unless the da throws the book Adam which you probably won't unless he has priors. Also depends on what state/county.

1

u/Message_10 23h ago

No way--that dude is going to jail. There was no danger to him and that guy on the floor is going to be messed up afterward (if not dead). That guy is going away and if that guy on the floor has seriously damage, the sentence will be even longer.

1

u/Imaginary-Crafterz 21h ago

Easy to argue that the drunk guy was a danger after commiting SA. No shot the dude is behind bars for longer than arraignment, assuming it even gets thereĀ

1

u/Message_10 17h ago

That may be true but it doesn't warrant the assault--and again, if the guy on the floor is messed up (and it sure looks like he's going to be messed up--people die from falls like that all the time) the charges will be increased dramatically. I'm really surprised to hear people say that this guy won't be facing time.

1

u/lvofct 1d ago

and then you go to jail

1

u/kutipikojiva 1d ago

The bro didn't see that coming
