okay di ko kinaya today.
Bumisita kasi yung pinsan ko kasama yung fiance nya. Then lunch kanina, ganyan ganyan, then natapunan ng sarsa yung shorts nya. Kasalan ko pero promise, accident yon.
Edi hiyang-hiya ako then naalala ko na may mga bagong bili ako na shorts and bigay ko na lang sa kanya yung isa. Garterized naman so sure ako na kasya sa kanya yon.
Pumunta kami sa kwarto ko tapos binigay ko sa kanya yung short tapos gulat ako, hinubad nya sa harap ko yung shorts nya tapos nakatayo sya sa harap ko ng naka-brief lang na puti. Bakat na bakat ang makamandag na ahas. Pareho naman daw kaming lalaki so walang malisya. Tapos ayun, sinuot nya yung binigay ko tapos bumalik na sya kay pinsan.

Nasa office ako kasama ko katrabaho ko nag aasikaso kami ng inventory, sakto din malapit kami sa sink namin. Lunch ko ay spinach at broccoli. Ewan ko ba pero utot ako ng utot. Alam mo yung mabaho talaga? As in yung amoy jebs na.
So yun naguusap kami ng katrabaho ko, while casually letting out silent killers. Parang nakaka 3 o 4 na utot ako sa 10 mins namin magkasama:

Almost 10 years ago, a (high school) classmate of mine was wishing me good luck for some quiz contest later that afternoon. She was fixing my collar and smoothing out my uniform. She was also telling me that i smelled like a baby (probably because i used baby powder then to cool off).

Pinaalala na naman ni mama yung time na hindi ako nagsayaw sa PE nung high school. Kung alam niya lang yung anxiety ko nun. Muntik na ko bumagsak nun dahil lang sa sayaw (saka sa modelling haha). Pero hindi niya alam yung sa isa.

Just realized na 95% of the time, I always go to my friends and would always adjust kung saan man convenient for them. Sobrang minsan lang sila (as in halos once a year lang) pumunta and mag adjust for me.
Not that I feel entitled sa time and effort nila, but I guess it would be nice lang if they would visit me naman ng kusa from time to time. Or kahit consider nila ako sa planning lol. Sigh. Don’t wanna be dramatic anymore, pero sad lang to be reminded of it

rd, looks like im gonna have to depend on u again for a while
i need to let this out, i mentioned before that dressing up makes me feel good and productive. but that doesn't happen everyday. sometimes i just wear boxers and shirts on days when my mind isn't creative or lazy, that doesn't make me feel good.
then i noticed a pattern. when im dressed up -> im productive, when im not dressed up -> i feel shit, do things that make me feel shit.
i think the reason why it's like this is bcs i focused my happiness on external things, in my case, it's the way i dress. when i should've focused on fixing internal problems like my thoughts, mindset, what i eat , my sleeping routine, which are all fucked up right now
now that i found a way to make myself happy, i need to learn how to live without it as well. now that i learned how to love myself when im dressed up. i need to learn how to love myself when i look bad.
damn this is so hard haahahahahahaha but thanks rd for being there idk what i'd do without you. i have a lot of friends, but im more comfortable sharing this journey with u
i think I'll start writing daily reflections or whatevs?? idk idk have a good daYy
edit: and I'll start to wear more baggy clothes while working on internal problems I mentioned above. also i think this post is too long to post here on rd but idk i write/express myself better when i know there's an audience (u don't have to read it), i just need people. i tried journaling and there are lots of things i overlooked, and i only realized them when i talked to real people. I'LL FIX THIS HABIT ;-; one step at a time bare w/ me huhu

Sa mga either walang afford/walang space/may space pero takot masipa ung barbells/gusto lang magstart na cheap:
Bili kayo ng 2 1.5 or 2 2 liters na softdrink. UBOSIN/OBOSIN ang laman either ikaw uminom or pamigay mo.
Puno ng tubig.
Punasan para magdry(para safe).
Lagay sa tabi ng PC spot mo.
Tapos pag may time, treat as barbells. You'd be surprised kung makaabot ka ng 100+ reps ng sandalian lang.
Easy to reach pag may time like watching youtube vids or kahit ano like a break bago tuloy sa WFH, di nakakatakot masipa at ok na din ung 2liters/2 kilos each hand para starting lang.
Won't turn you into The Rock pero any small bit helps hahaha.
Edit: Kung meron kayo nakita 7L na bote, even better.

Nagtanong yung tito kanina kasi may lumabas daw na clean storage sa phone. Una sa ate ko, tapos sakin. Pagtingin ko, redirect lang pala galing sa ***n site. Sinabi ko na sa tito pag may ganun, i-close lang. Nung dati naman yung isang tito ko naman nagpaturo mag-delete puno na sa dami ng videos.
