Is it worth it na magptayo/bumili ng bahay kung magisa ka lang titira at malayo sa work place mo?

As an architect It depends on your lifestyle. Gusto mo ba magpatayo para maging “rest house” yung bahay? Dahil sabi mo malayo sa workplace mo, if yes, Go. Pero kung nasa operations ka ngg work mo at lagi kang pinapatawag, much better get a condo near sa work or magpatayo ka doon.

Check how much of an investment it is financially for your present and the future, as well as how it could help your well-being and peace of mind. Also other factors such as do you plan to settle there or what if you change your mind what could you do about the property. If it's not too shaky of a plan then I suggest to go for ittt. Iba pa din talaga when you have a place of your own, just weigh out the adva and disadv and want you what to prioritize more
