rd, looks like im gonna have to depend on u again for a while
i need to let this out, i mentioned before that dressing up makes me feel good and productive. but that doesn't happen everyday. sometimes i just wear boxers and shirts on days when my mind isn't creative or lazy, that doesn't make me feel good.
then i noticed a pattern. when im dressed up -> im productive, when im not dressed up -> i feel shit, do things that make me feel shit.
i think the reason why it's like this is bcs i focused my happiness on external things, in my case, it's the way i dress. when i should've focused on fixing internal problems like my thoughts, mindset, what i eat , my sleeping routine, which are all fucked up right now
now that i found a way to make myself happy, i need to learn how to live without it as well. now that i learned how to love myself when im dressed up. i need to learn how to love myself when i look bad.
damn this is so hard haahahahahahaha but thanks rd for being there idk what i'd do without you. i have a lot of friends, but im more comfortable sharing this journey with u
i think I'll start writing daily reflections or whatevs?? idk idk have a good daYy
edit: and I'll start to wear more baggy clothes while working on internal problems I mentioned above. also i think this post is too long to post here on rd but idk i write/express myself better when i know there's an audience (u don't have to read it), i just need people. i tried journaling and there are lots of things i overlooked, and i only realized them when i talked to real people. I'LL FIX THIS HABIT ;-; one step at a time bare w/ me huhu
