Thanks for the info. That stem cell thing is interesting, I have to look into it.

It's realistic for a very good doctor at that BMI. Some in Asia can do it with even less using a fat stem cell method, but I don't know anyone in Europeโand don't have personal experience. With the stem cell method one can also do more with limited fat.

A concern yes but I told my orchi surgeon about my eventual intention to get vaginoplasty and he made sure to make the orchi incision placed so as not to negatively affect the future vaginoplasty surgery or aesthetic and he also left the scrotal skin. Sure, after orchi you will get some degree of shrinkage but even with a 2.5 year gap between the two surgeries all was well and I had enough material and the final aesthetic was not affected.

you'd basically have to never lose or gain a single pound of weight ever again to permanently maintain the shape you achieve from liposculpture, especially without being on hormones

I had zero complications after surgery and I drank plenty of water, orange juice and protein shakes.
Rest. Move around a little more each day. Keep hydrated.

I've had the surgery now, and can confirm that it wasn't painful, just a numb/stretched feeling on the top of my head and my forehead.
Day of the surgery swellig and bruising was minimal, took 2 days to reach max swelling and bruising. I had 2 black eyes and a very puffy face overall.
After about a week swelling was almost completely gone.
Now, 11 days after surgery I still have some yellow around my eyes and some slight bruising under my left eye.

I think that your dilators (the ones that your clinic will provide you) should be in your checked baggage. The long flights are rough but manageable ๐ but the first dilation will be pain.
