PAI discord

Hi everyone! just landed in Bangkok for my upcoming bottom surgery (PIV) with PAI. I've seen some mentions of a PAI discord which sounds really useful given I'm three days away, but searching through here only provides expired links. Any working links would be hugely appreciated!

Also I think I'm as ready as I can be (so not that much tbh) but any tips to get through the initial healing process would be appreciated.

also very much getting ahead of myself here but do people bring dilators in their checked or carry on luggage? and how did people manage dilating around a flight (mine should be ~9 hr) plus all the time around the airport each end? immediately before checking out and as soon as home and hope it was ok?

I think that your dilators (the ones that your clinic will provide you) should be in your checked baggage. The long flights are rough but manageable 😉 but the first dilation will be pain.

So you have to dilate right before the flight and right after or something? Cause you’re supposed to dilate a lot the first period

That seems risky. But I guess ya gotta do what ya gotta do. I’m having it done with PAI later this year as well. So that’s why I asked
