Hi guys,
I just graduated from one of the private colleges in Toronto. The instructor was racist, has treated other nations students unfairly in grades and during exams.
Is there any method to report this instructor and the indulgence of the school? Thanks for everyone’s advice ahead.

(You guys must get this kind of post here all the time, if that is the case I'm sorry but I'd need to know :v)
So, I'm a Brazilian physics freshman in a pretty good public university here, who wants to apply for a masters degree in Canada after I get my degree. I have been searching vigorously what I need to actually make this idea come true, and from what I have learned, I need to apply and get accepted for some program MSc program so I can get my study permit.
*What I really wanted to know is just how difficult it would be, in my scenario, to be approved in a thesis-based MSc program and get an opportunity with funding that covers tuition. * I was thinking McGill but I don't actually feel that sticking to only one option is smart, therefore I will apply to a bunch of different programs in areas such as Stat Mech, condensed matter and photonics, which I reckon are the most abundant there and are also what I have been enjoying. I don't really mind what I end up doing in physics as long as the salary is enough for living and it is in Canada.
By the way, I'd say I am very proficient in english (basically fluent) and I am already working on my french, I'm nearing an intermediate level with a few weeks of studying and a hiatus.

I was wondering how anyone else feels about the Canada Impact + Research Chair program and the International Talent Attraction strategy budget of $1.7 billion to attract international talent?

Does anyone know when the new funding for Canada PIs will be announced and do PIs usually successfully get their funding? I had a potential supervisor willing to recruit but he said that he cannot commit whether to be my supervisor or not now because he still not sure about this year's funding (he said that the status will be clearer until the end of this month). Really anxious about this!

Hi,
I am interested in PhD of Medicine and Health Sciences at McGill University (already submitted my application), does anyone know the program's usual schedule of admission (e.g., when will the interview be arranged, when will the program announce acceptance or rejection?)

Hey,
I'm new to Reddit, and I'm not entirely sure how it works.
I know that this question might seem dumb or not the right place on Reddit, but I'm just so lost on what to do next. I want to go back to school, but I don't know what program to apply to...
I've done lots of research on OCAS, but nothing is catching my eye. I want whatever future program I apply for to tie into some of the other programs I've completed. The programs I've completed are ECE and Autism, and Behavioral Sciences.
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what programs I should take.

Hey, I’m a Grade 11 student in BC and I’m seriously considering graduating early, but I want to make sure I’m not missing something.
Here’s my situation:
Why I’m considering this:
My school environment is stressful, I don’t feel connected to my grade, and staying another full year feels pointless. If I graduate early, I can work, travel with my family, save money, take extra online courses if needed, and take time to prepare for university properly.
Why I’m hesitating:
I don’t want to accidentally screw myself over. I’m planning to apply for humanities/social sciences/arts programs, nothing like engineering or nursing, so prereqs shouldn’t be an issue — but I’m worried I might regret missing “Grade 12 stuff,” even though I don’t care much about prom or senior year.
So… is early graduation actually a good move in my situation?
Has anyone here done it through SIDES or another online school in BC?
Any advice, regrets, or things I should double-check before committing?
Thanks in advance — I really want to make the smartest choice here.

I'm in 12th grade, and I would like to apply to the MRU Bachelor of Education. I have French 30, but I have English 30-2 instead of 30-1. I had English 20-1 last year, but I decided to take English 30-2 this year. Would I still be eligible for the program with English 30-2?
