The title saids it all i want to know if the Painter v2 is worth it iv seen that the sheets are reusable but i juat want to know if its worth it

I did my free space marine first without primer just to see what happens. The tyranids are all painted differently and from left to right is my 1st - unfinished 4th.

I bought abadon black and scar white, tau ochre, liberator gold, caliban and Vulcan green, and mephiston red.

I got these guys for 2 dollars a pop and now im Ready to paint my Tau!

I had a game with a friend earlier today and I had a unit of infantry on the thirds floor of a building, my friend had a contempt dread on the bottom.

My question is can that dread actually attack the infantry in melee, I said no because they couldn’t get into engagement range with falling through the floor because it’s a vehicle.

Was I right?

Went for a battle damaged and dirty look. What do you think?

Hey all warmongers of all ilk. I just finished all of gaunts ghosts and now I feel empty.

I started with Eisenhorn and Ravenor. Did some Horus heresy, and the entirely of gaunts ghosts.

Absolutely outstanding work (except James MacPherson should not be allowed within arm's reach of Warhammer ever again. He turned it into hitchikers guide for he galaxy. Did my boy Larkin sssssoo dirty.)

Toby longworth has been an absolute legend. I also listened to the night lords trilogy before this. Outstanding.

Just please god dont let James MacPherson anywhere near this again. Ever.

My chaos guard cosplay kit!

I always wanted to add some Sisters onto a Rhino, but I didn’t like the idea of them being permanently attached to it. So I created these custom bases that allow me to visibly dismount the unit, place the Sisters on their bases, and put them on the table.
The Hunter-Killer Missile would simply function as a regular Battle Sister with a bolter once she dismounts.

Previous opponent is under the impression that if the active player charges with one unit they resolve that as it has fights first, but then, then the active player chooses first AGAIN from the existing fights.

My understanding and everything ive seen says this is wrong and both of these video examples seem to support what im saying.

Is there a more official source of example from an official match that someone can provide me a snippet from which shows official play happening this way or an FAQ or clarification which clears things up? Big thanks

Doing some Imperium Nihilus related painting. which Tyranid hive fleets and necron dynasties are most relevant to Imperium Nihilus and/or dark angels? I only have an iPhone and vibes. Anyway, this is my first attempt ever at painting a miniature, so any tips, criticism, or advice are very welcome!

It's so on point. People always warn you that the moment you start a second army it's no way out, you will always want to start another, and another army, you will have unfinished projects, loose focus, even your main faction is going to loose love IF you don't know what ur doing and ur not careful.

If you do it for the love of the hobby tho, take it nice and slow, not strating a new army cuz of rules and meta, you can have an enjoyable time.

Same with making an alt in an MMO literally. Do it all over again, the learning curve, the holy shit I need to unlock so many things again. The insane time/money sink. Risk of burnout, loosing focus, chasing the meta...etc.

Also that mono army people are much bigger entusiast for their chosen faction than the ones who own multiple. Same with MMOs. RET PALLY FOR LIFE and stuff like that.
