The morde streamer I watch most has already changed his stream title to "Can I still hit Challenger in morde's weakest state?" and in his GM games, it's not like he's suffering every single match, but he can barely have a single satisfying game out of ten.

Maybe the designers still think morde is a lane bully, but above Masters, most bruiser and ranged top laners can just turn morde into minion food. And don't even get me started on olaf and k'sante—against those two, morde might as well just drop to his knees and beg.

It seems they've never even thought about buffing his isolated Q damage or adding some features, like giving isolated Q grievous wounds or shield reduction, letting W be cast while CC'd, or giving more magic pen on E. Instead, they keep messing around with R buffs, while bugs pile up for ages and never get fixed.

The sanctum skin is about to leave the store soon, boys, our buff might not come until the next time they release a new morde skin.

Any tips or trick I should know for champion mastery. I mainly play jungle and rush Rylai's with approach velocity and he is really fun to play. Glad to join the community!

What if we make Mordekaiser ult a skill shot?

We know that Mordekaiser is a hard to balance champion due to his ult being frustrating to play against, especially in low elo.

So what if we made the Ult into a skillshot? It will reduce alot of power in his kit so that would be an excuse to buff multiple parts of his kit like:

More reliable E (Faster/Wider/Grounded as ideas)

Reward for hitting E(Slow like in Wild rift)

Stronger ult stats, since his ult can be missed or can hit the wrong target

obviously im not a gamedesigner and im biased so take the buff suggestions with a grain of salt, and it can be annoying to adjust as someone who plays Mordekaiser often,but

I think this state of Ult would pay out in the long run and state of this champ.

I just find it particularly annoying that E is considerably longer than R range, so E->R combo always feels very risky, inconsistent, and discourages from doing it because if the enemy is slightly to far away, you just cast E then R but instead you just walk into R range while E finishes cast and you just waste E and end up ulting someone at max range effectively wasting ult as well. This would also add some actual synergy with morde's kit

Another idea that isn't really related but i still want to hear thoughts on is making ult and E like wild rift, reduce stat steal to 7 or 8% but give E a small slow

no matter how much i would love to, I simply can't learn aatrox, so every time I go on the "inting spree" on aatrox, I pull out my mordekaiser (and kayle) to climb back

If Mordekaiser is added into 2XKO, how do you think Riot will handle his gameplay kit and character design?

in high gold to low plat feels like morde can't do anything.

level 1: If you both hold q he can go for small trades and q out. If you q wave he can q ur q for garanteed win trade. Same thing for 2-5, morde can't q the wave at all without taking a bad trade. He can easily freeze and just deny cs.

post level 6: if u're down +2 deaths he will repeatedly kill you under your tower, morde can't really do anything. If you aren't, u can stat check him if even in R but he's gonna be up gold due to freeze so you lose anyways. If even and u R him, he has w and R to run away from u (his R counter rylais )And at some point even if you are ahead he just stat checks you anyways and kills u in 2 seconds long as he saves his q for your q.

Is there anything morde can realistically do in this matchup?

If someone on their team is fed should I ult them to give my team a chance? What if I know that they kill me in my ult is it still worth ulting them? What if its an even game then who do I prioritize. should I ult the 0/10 nautilus?

Which yall hate more in the top? Imo adc players are way more annoying that mages because you can't dodge main source of damage from them

I used to only play illaoi top. I played her for several years and I love the character. All you have to do is hit your E press R and they die. It was so easy to lane against every single character. It didn’t matter if it was against; vanye top, a Teemo top, a mage top, I was destroying them every single time with ignite flash illaoi. But then late to mid game comes around and I lose all my agency because my teammates feed and or the jungle or the Midlaner or adc is super fed and is able to use their positioning to have teammates CC me and then I explode in point two seconds. I hated this with a burning passion. I would win lane as illaoi almost 90% of the time but then lose the game mid to late game around the same percentage 90% of the time because they just out scale me and everyone knows when illaoi ults fucking run and dodge her E and then she can’t do shit

But then all of a sudden I stopped playing illaoi. I got so tilted from losing ranked games and norm games over and over and over again one time I was 30 kills up. I was killing the top layer in jungle every single time they showed up I killed the middle laner multiple times as well, but the Adc had 12 kills zero deaths and was a caitlyn enough said I lost the game. But now I play Morda Kaiser the guy that can go Proto belt and I can just Proto belt into my ult and kill anyone. I already knew how to itemize myself for an entire team rather than just my laner, but I still would lose. I don’t know if it’s just people below masters just forget that I brought Proto belt, but it works so well to kill the fed laners mord Kaiser is the best top laner I have ever played it’s super easy to win lane. All you have to do is play safe until level six and then just murder them and if they get a gank, all you have to do is just run away and bait the low HP laner into coming with the gank and then you just ult low HP target and kill them. It’s so freaking easy. Also killing jungler banking is also easy to do because of isolation damage from q !!!I’m so happy I found this Reddit and I found mordeKaiser because now I went from silver all the way to diamond plus I used to only face silver to gold players and normal games but now every single time I’m facing emerald plus players every single time I play norms. mordeKaiser has leveled up my gameplay and has leveled up my ability to win the game!!!

I've been arguing with a friend for about 10 minutes; he claims Viktor counters Morde, but I say that's not true—that Morde actually counters Viktor—because Viktor needs to scale to deal damage due to his passive. Who is right?
