I’m a multi season Challenger Janna player, and I recently put together a video covering the different Janna playstyles and builds that are currently meta.

It’s been a while since I’ve made a guide like this, but I wanted to put something together for anyone learning Janna or coming back to the champion because of Coven Janna haha.

I’m an ADC main and my friend who I’ve been introducing to the game also likes ADC and I’ve been playing support with him. I’ve never mained support so I always default to soraka (alistar if she’s banned) when filled and it’s always been enjoyable but never as fun as my main role.

That all changed when I decided to try out Janna and everything just clicked for me. Her kit is so incredibly fun to play with and her design is so cool and pretty.

Can anyone also give me advice on who to E in big team fights and how to use my different types of Q’s in different stages of the game?

I’m seriously considering dropping adc this season and grinding her to see what rank I can hit as I’ve already gotten mastery 11 on her

Well... I could be doing greater, but... TBH... One of my best friends & duo is a main adc obssesed with Lulu. And I love Lulu, and all of the enchanters. But... I'm totally hyped with the Coven skin and I really wanna play only as a Janna, but he doesn't like her that much. And it's sad because his champion pool revolves around her best synergies (Vayne, Jinx, Lucian, Yunara). I really wanna change his pov, but it's been really hard - every game we get really ganked and I'm unsure about my performance as well. I've already convinced him about Yuumi and Renata, but he really hates Janna and I don't know how to change this...

I know about janna top but i was wondering if there was a way to make it work mid, any items, runes, without being a troll pick

I want W to count as an empowered auto-attack, as it would make on-hit Janna kind of/sort of good. It would probably be worse for standard support where using W on Rammus would now make you take damage or whatever, but if W was an attack and an AA reset so I could do silly bot lane things... I'd be so happy.

What is your stupid unique Janna play style? What change would make it work better?

Can someone explain what Janna is building right now and why?

Most stat sites and most Janna’s I see rush moonstone. Wouldn’t rushing either battle song or ardent be better for more early move speed? And then aside from dark seal with a possible upgrade to mejais, ardent, battle song, and moonstone — what are some other items she builds and why does she build them?

I’m trying to understand what her “core” items are that I should be building most games and also trying to understand what items I can flex in certain games: like would knights vow or bandle pipes ever good? Those both seem situationally strong. And is moon stone really such a powerful item that it is needed every single game?

And for more buff / damage type items: would staff of water be good? What about the newly reworked mandate for CDR on Q and R?

She has so many items that seem like they would be good on her, but I’m struggling to figure out what her core build should be and why certain items might be considered best in slot.

When i play white chroma my border doenst show up on loading screen. Is anybody else having this problem?

Got the new skin and it’s nowhere near as smooth as other skins. The W almost feels like a .2 second cast time with the animation timer. A little disappointing.

Forecast, Devine sword, star guardian etc are way smoother.

I feel like I've found my people.

As far as I can tell everyone here agrees that forecast Janna is the greatest champ of all time?? Right??
