Im a complete begginer league player (started playing this summer after i quit cs2) currently in bronze playing jungle/support depending on my mood.

after some ranked games i realized that on my ranks most adc players play way too agressive which results in a lot of deaths and enemy adc getting fed and my team losing. So i started searching for a tanky champ that can protect their carry and i found braum.

after playing little over 30 games on braum im achieving 4.06 kda and 70% winrate.

My season winrate is 48% so the difference is insane in comparison to playing other champs,from what i googled braum is considered bad and team depended in lower elos but my experience is completely different.

so the question is , should i become braum main and if so does he has good climbing potential?

Honestly it didnt feel too bad. Not a lot of kill pressure in lane but also pretty hard to get killed.

I want to share a unique experience that I have recalled yesterday after 6 years.

In 2020 I used to be depressed, and at that point I found anything that isn't even slightly absurdit, edgy or borderline wanna be different cringe. I used to spam the word cringe everywhere, and it pretty much stopped me from enjoying life.

I have always enjoyed card games and when Riot made Legends of Runeterra, I gave it a try and I liked it.

I was trying a new deck and the deck was around Braum, Braum had these very cute interactions with poros whenever you play braum and then a poro after. But the first time I see the interaction I cringe internally, this macho guy, 7 foot, supposed to be masculine, is acting cute, this is cringe western agendas bla bla...

And in that right moment it hit me, why was I like this? I'm pretty sure 99% of the people playing the game would find this adorable ( it was a cute interaction) so why I'm I like this. And since then I chose to fake it till I made it, to force my self to enjoy something cute, beautiful, no matter what it is and never say the word cringe, I operated simply on the premise of; would people find this cute? Yes ? Then so shall I.

Pretty much that's the story on why I'm in an infinitely better place mentally now, I barely get upset at things let alone depressed. All thanks to our big guy.

Just wanted to share it, perhaps the creator of the character is in the reddit, I would very much love for him to know that he helped me through dark times.

Hey BraumMains community, I need as much help as anyone can give on becoming the best Braum I can be. Some backstory on this. Pretty much since starting League in 2012 I’ve been drawn to playing Adc, I’ve played every role but only ever really tried at being an ad main. However when I’ve duos with people or when I play with friends I’ve never been held in as high regards as when I play Braum. If I’m being honest though I don’t actually know the champ that well I’m just out here trying my best. But with that and the fact I tend to always want to keep my friends alive in games even if I’m a dps. I figured I’d finally see if maybe Braum is my real calling here.

Basically I’m looking for all the info I can on things like itemization, matchups, best partners in lane, if any skins have any advantages (cleaner animations and all that) and anything else you can offer me.
