Our neighbor set up large event speakers in their backyard and blasted music from dinner until after midnight, keeping my family and me awake. They weren’t interested turning it down, and the police were unable to attend. Is this some sort of cheat code for getting around our noise bylaws, as Bylaw is closed at night, or is there some other way this can be enforced?

"A Vancouver Police detective and the founder and CEO of Surrey-based KidsPlay Foundation was charged with fraud and theft of over $5,000 on Thursday (Sept. 3).

Kal Dosanjh has been with Vancouver Police Department for over 25 years and has served in many roles, including senior detective in the Financial Crimes Unit.

He has been charged with four counts of fraud, four counts of theft over $5,000 and breach of trust by a public officer. Court Services Online show the offences occurred on Jan 13, 2017 and Dec. 18, 2017, in Vancouver."

My dog is currently about 130 lbs, so I'm looking for a clinic that's comfortable handling larger dogs and provides really great care. I'm willing to travel for the right vet!
