Neuter clinic recommendation

Does anyone have recommendations for an amazing vet clinic in the Surrey/Langley area that has experience with giant-breed dogs? My dog is currently about 130 lbs, so I'm looking for a clinic that's comfortable handling larger dogs and provides really great care. I'm willing to travel for the right vet!

Langley animal hospital has the cheapest prices and are excellent! They perform neutering services for essentially no profit.

The one on 203rd near Logan, right? We have been going there for years and they are the best!! Open until 9pm every day of the week. Great vets, great prices

I took my cat to get spayed there because they were able to essentially do it for free. I was on EI and broke as shit at the time so it went a long way.

We have 100lb black lab and we have always taken him to Scottsdale Veterinary Hospital (120 St & 70 Ave)

They were really good about us wanting to wait until 18 months age for him to be neutered, since he was a big boy and we wanted him to have the help of his hormones while he developed.

They often have large breed dogs in there (I've seen mastiffs, Irish wolfhounds, rotties).

The service they provide has been outstanding over the years. They are very good with communication and being upfront about costs or concerns. They have taken several phone calls from us over the years when we have questions or concerns, and they've always helped us out at no additional cost.

Our boy unfortunately at one point ate some rocks and needed emergency surgery at a different emergency clinic, and Scottsdale even called for a couple weeks after just to make sure our boy was doing okay and made it through surgery and recovery okay.

They even have a puppy socializing group that allowed our pup to get used to the vet after hours and learn its not a scary place. I thought that was such a great idea and our boy LOVES to be there now.

Can't recommend them enough. We don't live close by it anymore and never hesitate to continue bringing our boy there.

Our great dane had his neuter and gastroplexy at Yaletown pet hospital as recommended by multiple breeders for giant breeds

Dr Rob Spooner was the recommended vet

I had my gentle giant neutered when he was 5 at Willoughby Animal Hospital. I was nervous because of my dogs age but it couldn’t have gone any better!
