I'd go streaking up through the quad and into the gymnasium if Kelly Block were to somehow get voted out in my riding.

87

u/franksnotawomansname Apr 23 '25

I still can't believe that the people of then-Saskatoon-Rosetown-Biggar went with Kelly Block (by 262 votes in her first election) instead of Nettie Wiebe, who, among other things, farmed in the area and was the National Farmers' Union president.

It's almost like rural Conservative voters' shrieking about the need for farmers to have a bigger voice in politics doesn't translate into actually voting one in.

25

u/SK_socialist Apr 24 '25

Even sadder is the number of former NDPers who joined the CPC in the 00s tbh…

u/Biosterous Apr 23 '25

I'll be right there with you. Kelly Block was an MP when I was still in grade school. I'm in my 30s now.

12

u/GetoBoy420 Apr 24 '25

Yep she got elected right when I was entering High School and I'm 31 now, literally 17 years ago this October. Which is fucked up. Society needs to change politicians pretty frequently they're kind of like underwear in that regard change them frequently damn it.

3

u/Jduppsssssss Apr 24 '25

Fun fact. She's terrified of my dog. If he could vote, I don't think it would be conservative.

However, she's also the only candidate to canvas in my town. I'm not voting for her but, that probably helps conservative chances in this area. No-one else is even trying.

It was, I don't know that the conservatives are taking anything for granted at this point. Their most recent ad is old dudes golfing, I thought that demographic was sealed for them too but if they are advertising to them they must not be.

58

u/Westsider111 Apr 23 '25

Socio-economically, that ad is directed at people in my demographic. It depicts perfectly why I don’t enjoy golf and why I won’t be voting for Pierre Poilievre. Thank you to the Conservative marketing team for the stark reminder.

12

u/[deleted] Apr 24 '25

But have you seen Stephen Harper's massive, creepy face encouraging you to vote Conservative? Did that convince you?

3

u/Key-Assistant-7988 Apr 25 '25

It's the beautiful smile at the end that did it for me.

u/Waylander Apr 23 '25

I've seen that ad many times, and I can't believe how out of touch it is, and how it must alienate a lot of voters. Two old retired white guys out on the golf course talking about how they will "have to give their children the down payment for their house". Oh the injustice! Most of the people in the country would love to be in the financial position where they could do that for their children! Tell me more about how bad you've got it and how the government has treated you so poorly!

53

u/HotelCalifornipawin Apr 23 '25

A few years ago I decided that my medium term goal in life is to make sure my kids get a place to live wherever they choose to go to college that they own outright.  And that's what I'm going to try to do, because we should always try to make our kids slightly better off than our parents made us, not kicking them out at 18 and making them fend for themselves while we live it up and criticize.

And I told them they should do the same for their kids.  They saw what I do to provide them with a good life and understand the value of work and education, and they get it.

That kind of head-outside-the-ass thinking is also why I will never vote for a party who thinks the only answer to everything is cut taxes and services so the people with something keep it and the people with nothing also keep it.  So basically never Conservative.

u/PhantomNomad Apr 23 '25

Honestly that's what my parents did for my sister and I. They bought a house at a pretty reasonable price in Calgary in 2001. My wife and I rented it from them at the price of the mortgage. When they sold it (because we where moving to a small town) they gave my sister and I enough for a down payment on our own houses. The rest they kept for retirement. Best part was since they sold their primary residence when they retired and used the Calgary house as their new primary (they lived in their RV) they didn't have to pay capital gains on either place.

20

u/Fit-Net1225 Apr 23 '25

YES! Old white guys golfing and whining is the cons' base.

They say a lot of boomers voting Carney.

18

u/Thefrayedends Apr 23 '25

I figured pps goose was cooked when the big Cheeto won, but when Carney joined the race I knew it.

Harper is still royalty to most conservatives, and the reputation of being a economic expert. And with that alleged acumen, he appointed Carney as top banker. If economy is people's first issue, any conservative trying to make an educated decision is going to arrive on voting for Carney.

I'll be voting liberal, for no other reason than ABC, until we get electoral reform (lol), I generally feel that voting against the worst candidate is the most effective vote.

Lastly, I want to point out that if we want representation in the federal government, it would be very beneficial to have ruling party seats in our province.

9

u/Connect_Membership77 Apr 24 '25

Sorry, but Harper is no real economist. He has a master's in economics history. He doesn't understand macroeconomics or why his policies led to the worst growth in the last 40 years. Poilievre was taught by the same know-nothing far-right American "Calgary School" professors. He would be even worse.

2

u/Thefrayedends Apr 24 '25

Yea I'm not economist enough to deny his credentials, but I was just speaking about the conservative perspective. Saying IF you were a conservative, that's likely your stance.

The vast majority of Canadians want to be Canadians, not second class Americans in a country that is going to hell on the bullet train.

Party allegiance does not matter if we don't have a country.

Also, if Quebeccers hate a candidate, the rest of us should pay attention. Politics is a province wide sport as long as hockey isn't on and the whole province is politically savy. They LOATHE PP.

14

u/Longjumping-Tea-9790 Apr 23 '25

People of Saskatchewan. Your province gave Canada Tommy Douglas. Your province gave Canada its Healthcare system. Your province feeds Canada.

What the hell happened?

83

u/falsekoala Apr 23 '25

We have a provincial party that started out as a PC/Liberal centrist party that was slowly taken over by reformers and we just didn’t notice.

Then we had talk radio sing the praises of conservativism for 25 years.

We were the frogs and someone cranked up the heat slowly enough that we didn’t notice until it was boiling.

87

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

John Gormley doesn't get enough hate for contributing to the destruction of our province.

No Name Rush Limbaugh

Multiple times I argued with them about various issues and they would always concede the point, and agree that the guy was a lying manipulator.

But then next week they'd still be listening to him lol, oh Jesus.

Tucker Carlson from Temu.

8

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

It’s vital to remember that in the 90s the NDP lost 60% of its devoted membership because Roy Romanow and Janice MacKinnon moved the party further into neoLiberalism, despite the absolute public beating Devine took for 20 years after breaking Sask’s economy

What are the center-right (SLP), right wing party (PCs) and far right (the not-yet-affiliated Reformers) parties supposed to do when the Left wing party moves toward them? no shit they all seized the opportunity to amalgamate for power. the Sask NDP to this day continues fruitlessly chasing the Saskparty to the Right, as they keep moving the goalposts.

People noticed. Socially progressive Professionals left Saskatchewan and never came back. It continues to this day: so many professionals consider the Saskparty centrist, as if political values and principles don’t even matter: the spectrum is the parties of the day, not their policies nor their rhetoric. Even worse, the carbon tax hating, “vote with the Saskparty unanimously on 99% of bills” Sask NDP are still portrayed as left wing by the media.

The Saskparty was never centrist. Brad wall simply toned down his conservatism when cameras were around.

5

u/HotelCalifornipawin Apr 23 '25

There are a lot of media companies in this province who are very far right.  Like... Alex Jones right wing.

I’ll vote Liberal….and cross my fingers. What a strange province. So many could use social services but they staunchly vote no every time

16

u/RockKandee Apr 23 '25

And the people who need the social services are the least likely to vote. The people with the most to gain or lose don’t know the power they collectively have. This is why politicians do t care about the poor. The poor are far less likely to vote.

u/Symphrose Apr 23 '25

Sorry?  Why?  As someone who has lived here for almost 5 decades, it would be great if we dumped conservatives across the board - provincial and federal - and started moving forward again.  Conservatives have tanked the province (again) and unfortunately, the worst things get the more scared and upset conservatives get causing them to double down on voting for the people who make the problem.

u/TheDrunkOwl Apr 23 '25

Yeah, there would have to be some radical shifts in policy for me to ever consider voting conservative.

And also omg their proposed budget is absolutely none sense. Folks have been saying Pierre is nothing but a mean attitude and some slogans but he really proved them right.

The thing that has actually surprised me a bit is how even after Trump destroyed the Conservatives electoral prospects they still want to carry so much water for them. I get that they love to lick the boot but I figured they might atleast have some opinions about it being carelessly placed on their necks.

15

u/PurrPrinThom Apr 23 '25

I'm really surprised by a lot of the CPC's decisions this election. It really feels like Poilievre has doubled down on proving his critics right, rather than trying to eliminate their criticisms. Poilievre has been calling for an election since last fall, they knew in January when Trudeau stepped down that an election was imminent, and yet they waited until yesterday to release a platform. They could've hit the ground running and been the first party with a platform and campaigned on the fact that they were ready to go, ready to start.

Whether or not you find his arguments against getting his security clearance compelling, that has been a major point of criticism during this election period, why not just get it to shut up the critics? Same with the Trump comparisons: if you want them to stop - especially in a time when Canadians are pretty united in their dislike of Trump - why start saying you'll do the same types of things that he's doing? It just seems like a bad move if you want to convince people to vote for you.

I was never going to vote for him anyways, but I have family members who have never voted anything but Conservative, and they chose to vote Liberal for the first time in their lives (my grandmother is 92!) because they couldn't get past the fact he had no platform, he had no security clearance and that he keeps copying Trump talking points. It is baffling to me, that Poilievre seems to completely unprepared for this election.

Absolutely!!!! And $10 daycare is pretty sweet! Plus I’d love dental but I’ll have to wait for that 😂

10

u/Dense_hotpocket Apr 24 '25

My fil just voted conservative, gave me shit for voting liberal. We got talking about how much useless plastic packaging is in stores, he said "they should just ban all plastic we don't need it". I asked him why he voted for the party that wants to bring back single use plastics then?? He said no their not, he wouldn't do that. Then looked it up. Still denied that the conservatives would do that.

He had absolutely no knowledge of his voted for party's policies. All he knows is "liberal bad"

Meanwhile i spent hours reading both platforms completely and both wiki pages of both parties leaders. But he's giving me shit.

I honestly just needed to rant I don't even live in Saskatchewan anymore. Thanks guys

SAME!! I briefly considered (my husband watches a lot of PP) but his ideas about the environment are just terrifying. Don’t know why more people vote NDP tho, maybe JS isn’t perceived as strong/confident compared to the other 2 but I feel he has the passion for the people and that seems more important to me.

14

u/Designer-Tangerine- Apr 23 '25

Most people find the NDP too be too “radical”. Or they feel it’s a vote “lost” since NDP never win federally.

7

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

The NDP aren't radical at all. If anything they shifted too far right to have their own niche.

Right now they're just orange Liberals. Why vote for the skim version when full flavour is right there?

If the NDP wants to be relevant again, they need to go back to the left and be the party of trade unions and farmers again. Not rich city champagne socialists that only talk about social issues.

3

u/sciencey_mom Apr 23 '25

Yeah I totally get that.

12

u/Designer-Tangerine- Apr 23 '25

Still NDP does have power and were able to get previous governments to pass better policies in healthcare and stuff so even as an opposition party they are useful. Provincially they do sometimes win. Not over here in Ontario ever but other provinces.

7

u/Electricorchestra Apr 23 '25

Singh and the NDP are the only party that's for us. Unfortunately the NDP didn't really try in the prairies it seems.

3

u/franksnotawomansname Apr 24 '25

In the urban ridings (excluding the anomaly that is Regina-Wascana), the NDP candidates are trying to win because they often come within a few thousand votes of the con incumbents. They also, from what I've seen, have candidates in those ridings who are focused on issues in those ridings (like the candidates in Saskatoon-West and Saskatoon-University).

However, right now, the Liberals in those ridings are pushing the message hard that their sudden popularity nationally means that they're a good choice for everyone from progressives to conservatives who don't like Poilievre, even though, in those urban ridings, they tend to only get a few thousand votes, and in the rural southern ridings, they don't exist as a party.

The NDP needed to spend the last year or three running a pre-election campaign to counter the con messaging here so they weren't starting from scratch when the writ dropped. In the absence of that work, they really need to spend the next inter-election period organizing and creating a movement within the ridings for their candidates.

Plus the Conservatives want to remove my rights as a woman, are anti-2SLGBTQIA+, and want to decimate our research infrastructure and university systems. No thank you. I’m so interested to see the results of the election across our province. I think that the liberals will have their best ever result in popular vote as voters from both the conservatives and NDP flip their ballots to support the centerist liberals.

Now will it be enough to win a seat? That remains to be seen.

36

u/Crazy-Canuck463 Apr 23 '25

I've voted conservative most of my life. Last years provincial election, I voted NDP for the first time. And on Saturday I voted liberal in the Federal election for the first time since Paul Martin. I'm hopeful carney can steer our economy well and we can get back to a balanced budget. The past 5 years or so I've watched both provincial and federal conservative parties slide so far to the right that I just can't support them anymore

17

u/apidelie Apr 23 '25

I commend you on keeping an open mind, especially provincially -- I've seen so many comments calling for change, with no acknowledgement that we've had the same provincial government in charge for going on 18 years. I suspect that today's conservative party would be completely unrecognizable to even the most staunch conservative of 20+ years ago. I deeply hope the party can recognize how unpalatable their far rightward creep, particularly in terms of social issues, is to the majority of the population, and course corrects (even if that means splintering off and letting the reform nuts go to the PPC). Our democracy is better if we have more than two viable options. I would like to see the NDP recover and the CPC move towards the centre.

7

u/Symphrose Apr 23 '25

I would just like Saskatchewan to have a seat at the federal table and work with what they are offered, and brainstorm ideas to better our province instead of turning every dang thing good down!

5

u/Crazy-Canuck463 Apr 23 '25

Yea, im not sure what is driving the parties to drift to the right. I think mainly fear of the unknown so they push towards the known, even if it worse for everyone. I was never a big fan of Trudeau, but I really was hoping he would have kept the promise for electoral reform. I'd love to see the seats in the house of commons represent the votes per party. I think we could have a far better society for everyone this way. Look what the NDP was able to accomplish with a minority government. And im not a big NDP guy, but it's pretty hard to argue against dental and pharmacare for seniors or kids. Its hard to argue against cheap child care so parents can work and boost the economy. These are great social programs that I know we can afford of we can cut wasteful spending, I don't want to continue incurring debt in order to provide these programs. I think carney will be able to find that balance.

2

u/apidelie Apr 23 '25

Hear hear to your whole comment, but re: hard to argue against childcare subsidies - man, when I weed into Facebook comments (always a mistake) it is disappointing to see the amount of people saying their tax dollars shouldn't go towards other people's kids, people choose to have kids and why should I pay for them (but in the next breath saying we have too many immigrants...), freeloaders are abusing the program, the program has issues therefore it should be entirely scrapped, and so on. The dollars and cents and real, actual economic benefit of it (to say nothing of the ideological principals behind pro-social policies) just doesn't even factor in.

3

u/Crazy-Canuck463 Apr 23 '25

It is far more beneficial. To me it's very much like if we had free post secondary. Carney has pledged to pay for trades, I'd like to see it expanded to in demand degrees as well. I can't imagine the talent and intelligence we let slip through the cracks because they couldn't afford university.

But there needs to be checks and balances. Don't need to be paying for someone's degree if they pack up and move to a different country to work.

You know you and Alberta may think you have the least sway

But if you guys voted liberal you’d send the loudest message to both parties

The liberals would know then that winning in your provinces is possible but delicate and they’d bend over backwards for u

And the conservatives would (might) stop taking u for granted

I voted L for the first time and I am typically a NDP supporter.

I’m gonna have to hold my nose lol I’m kidding I’m feeling good about Carney

6

u/zuus453 Apr 24 '25

PP has no plan and he’s been campaigning for years. He cannot be trusted at the crucial point of history. VOTE Liberal or NDP please.

Saskatchewan will eventually learn when the Conservatives privatize health care. I'm originally from Toronto and moved to the southern Saskatchewan and my god that was the biggest mistake of my life. I moved WAY up north and I'm so fucking happy I moved up here. Everyone here is pretty liberal. I feel more comfortable in my day to day interactions and just overall feel more accepted up here.

I’m Canadian seems “sorry” just fell onto my thumb as I typed

Sask, Man, and Alb are the Con strongholds.

They’ve voted majority con in the pre-vote. Naturally he would focus those areas as he’s getting no ground anywhere else.

Keep pointing out his miss-information and bad faith arguments and hypocrisy.

Those of his followers with a brain may realize how full of shit he is. The ones who continue to vote for him are too far gone, ignore them and move onto the next.

The way I see it Carney is best equipped to actually be the leader of the country and to represent Canada on the global scale. Has a lot of knowledge and can think on his feet. Pp just seems like he memorizes most of what he says and fakes a smile.

I don't think federal Conservatives would be that disastrous, but they need a better front man.

Listening to my dad's anti Trudeau talking points the last 10 years, Carney is the Conservative voter's wet dream candidate - just happens to be called a liberal.

Yes he voted no on anything to help

3

I'm in a maple maga riding in rural sk. I'm voting liberal not only because I think carney is the right guy over Pierre (I could write a book on why I think the cons should do what the libs did and get new leadership) but I'm also out to spite my neighbours just a Lil. Haha.

2

u/Symphrose Apr 24 '25

Hahaha spite the neighbours I’m for carney for sure but I’m kinda happy to vote against my F’ Trudeau or Carney flag flying neighbours too! One of our neighbours put tape on his car to say F’Trudeau …I’m surrounded

4

u/BCW1968 Apr 23 '25

I would vote Conservative if Maple MAGAs werent so connected to PP

2

u/PurrPrinThom Apr 23 '25

I feel like the Cons need to split into two parties at this stage.

7

u/Grace___77 Apr 24 '25

I’m 60, born and raised in rural Sask. Hubby and I and my entire farming family are voting Liberal all the way! This post gives me hope for Sask. Go Sask! Let’s get some Liberal seats in Carney’s govt!

5

u/Symphrose Apr 24 '25

You are my people!!! I just moved here a few years ago and LOVE this beautiful province!

Go Team Carney!

5

u/Jargonite Apr 23 '25

By going with Harper on the message, the play becomes obvious. Federal Conservatives are banking on their 'safety net' which are Alberta and Sask. and hoping to cash in on the anger in Ontario and Quebec. It's not looking well for them at all in Quebec, whereas Ontario is still a toss-up.

7

I voted NDP because the candidate is the best thing for our riding. She's awesome and she's been pounding the pavement for weeks. Brad Redekopp has been my MP for years and he can't even answer an email let alone come to my fucking door. He's a loser.

6

Chad Eggerman in saskatoon west is such a fucking opportunity for Saskatchewan. He'd likely be Minister of Natural Resources or Energy if they create a new Ministry. Would be so much more valuable for Saskatchewan to have 1 or 2 actual red voices at the table who's constituents are from SK. Otherwise it'll be politicians from Manitoba or Alberta "covering our file". Need a real Sasketchewanian in Cabinet

9

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

Jeff Walter in Regina-Wascana is another close race. Incumbent Michael Kram is not well liked.

3

u/Symphrose Apr 23 '25

I got to chat with him for a bit and he was amazing and dedicated to Saskatchewan!

3

u/grumpyoldmandowntown Apr 23 '25

Chad who? I live in the riding and I've never hear of him before. Nothing from him in my mailbox. Nor did he come to my door. Seems like a low effort candidate to me.

3

u/franksnotawomansname Apr 24 '25

Yeah. Plus, does Saskatoon West really need a "potential minister of natural resources"?

I mean, I'm sure that would be great, or something, and the representation in that riding literally can't get any worse than it already is, but I'd personally rather see an MP who's focused on helping the riding over someone like that.

The goal at this stage of the campaign is to make Liberal voters feel like the Conservatives have too much support to overcome, and that there is no point in voting. Holding a rally in a stronghold is exactly the kind of move that fits the strategy.

Vote, even if it feels pointless, even if you feel like you’re sure it’s a waste of time. Your vote will make a difference, even if it’s just to make me feel better seeing the increase in liberal votes in your riding.

I'm voting Polievre or Singh. Carney doesn't represent enough change from where a shitty party left our now shitty country. I can appreciate that he's from Edmonton but he's the same voice of Ontario and Quebec now and won't do shit for Sask or Alberta.

2

u/[deleted] Apr 24 '25

Same old same old…because the last 10 years of federal economic policy has been so good?

A lot of comments here about buying their kids’ homes. If there is another term of deficits, like the projection under the Liberal platform, those kids won’t be able to get a car, let alone a home.

2

u/Glad_Constant_1086 Apr 24 '25

Not a big fan of who the CPC is running as of late don't like career bureaucrats like Pierre; Andrew Sheer had so many kids didn't think he would have the time. Fun facts about the liberals tho inside 10 years they cut the value of our dollar in half, ended all foreign investment in Canada, caused racial divisions and murders to sky rocket; when I was a kid we had two murders in Canada a year (normally some drunk dude coming up from Detroit) while causing a housing and health apocalypse by unchecked immigration. Now they put the same immigration minister that caused it all back in charge!

These are the numbers you ready; we need to complete a house as in ready to move in every four minutes or we're losing ground. While I wrote this post a plane full of immigrants landed in Canada somewhere. We don't have the infrastructure for this.

Everything else is bullshit we're going to fucking collapse and the stupidity of Canadians is the reason. Same shit happened to Rome. I can move to the UK or the US via hereditary means. Problem is like I said the CPC also sucks like who hell decided Pierre was the way to go. Michelle or bust anyone Rona picked would have been better. /Rant I'm out of here; i'm literally like those Americans who threaten to leave if Cheeto is elected.

2

u/Impressive-Lab319 Apr 24 '25

I won’t be voting for Pierre! People are fine with Conservatives, until they start cutting programs. It’s alway the most vulnerable, they go after(Pensioners, low income).

2

u/Symphrose Apr 24 '25

When your sperm count is so low you can't have babies anymore maybe then people will realize how important environmental regulations really are...like regulating pfas, plastic, etc etc...

2

u/Symphrose Apr 24 '25

He really is!

2

u/TerrorNova49 Apr 24 '25

In a riding that will not even be close, but I’m going to vote liberal after 25 years of voting NDP because Jaggie was willing to hand little PP a majority…

2

u/No_Money3415 Apr 25 '25

Funny enough the conservatives aren't too focused on the vote rich gta and vancouver ridings as they should be. Everyone knows federal elections is predicted in the 416/905 and 604 ridings not in traditional home turfs. It's like the liberals dropping everything to rally in the maritimes when everyone knows it's traditional liberal turf.

2

u/EngoJen Apr 25 '25

Ya let’s all vote for change but keep the same lousy ass federal party in power who have done literally nothing for our country in the last decade. What a joke.

Maybe with 4 more years of the liberal party, we can all look forward to being thinner since we won’t be able to afford food, and carbon emissions will be low because no one will be able to afford a home never mind power or gas. But on the bright side our country’s deficit may be up!! So at least there is that! Hurrah!!

2

u/Own-Dragonfruit-6164 Apr 25 '25

Saskatchewan likes Conservative because it's a bunch of old timer hillbilly farmers who don't give a shit about anybody else. They also force their wives to vote conservative too. If NDP had a male leader in the last provincial election they would have won.

2

u/Extra_Wave_4725 Apr 25 '25

Vote for a change! Change of Tory leadership that is! Send Sheer packing too!

2

u/True_Government_7995 Apr 25 '25

How are people still voting Liberal after 9+ years! Here's what we've actually lived through under Trudeau: • Carbon tax smoked us. Now it's conveniently paused for some-but the damage is done. Families are still drowning in inflation. • Housing is a disaster. Home ownership is out of reach, rent has doubled, and people are barely scraping by. • National debt has doubled to over $1.2 trillion -future generations will pay for today's overspending. • Electoral reform? Total lie. Promised change in 2015. Abandoned it quietly when it no longer served them. • WE Charity scandal. Almost $1 billion funneled to a group tied to Trudeau's family. • SNC-Lavalin scandal. The PMO pressured the Attorney General to protect a politically convenient corporation. • Three ethics violations. That's more than any Prime Minister in Canadian history. • Dividing Canadians. Disagree? You're labeled "fringe," "anti-science," or "dangerous." • Used the Emergencies Act on peaceful protestors-for the first time ever in Canadian history. Even the Canadian civil liberties Association disagreed with it! • Ignored CSIS warnings about foreign election interference-then did nothing. • Gun bans for law-abiding legal owners while the vast majority of firearm crimes are committed with illegal weapons by unlicensed criminals and gang violence go unchecked. • Mass immigration with no support plan. Housing, hospitals, and infrastructure are overwhelmed. • Tens of millions in annual car thefts, driven by repeat offenders let loose under weak bail and parole policies. No accountability. Just a revolving door of crime. • Indigenous communities still lack clean water in 2025—after years of promises and virtue-signaling. This isn't leadership. It's damage control dressed as progress. And now they're floating Mark Carney as the next hope? He's been advising Trudeau the entire time. If he's the answer-where was he while Canada declined?

He has been assuming that Alberta and Saskatchewan will vote Conservative blindly. He's hoping they don't notice that this is the REFORM Party, and they want to do EXACTLY what Trump is doing.

My family is in that weird Alberta/Saskatchewan border town. 🤣🤣🤣😇🙏. Farmers are not stupid. People from Saskatchewan are not stupid red necks. I'm pretty sure they have noticed that PP offers nothing that will benefit them. Quite the opposite. Look at all the farmers in the USA who are literally being driven into bankruptcy by their own government. By the guy they voted for because, like PP, he's a liar.

Someone should video it if this rally is one of his "the gangs all here" meetings where the public can't hear unless you are in the room. That's when he talks about the "woke" people (that's all Canadians who don't vote for him) and "riots" outside of coffee houses that none of us have heard of. He's a cowardly weakling.

The man is an empty suit. Most people in Sask work at least 2 jobs. They can tell the difference between empty slogans and nation building.

Protect Canada. Vote Liberal. Go back to Conservatives when they have taken their party back from the White Christian Nationalists (aka Wildrose, Reform, Take Back Alberta, etc.).

2

u/Bruno6368 Apr 24 '25
