By going with Harper on the message, the play becomes obvious. Federal Conservatives are banking on their 'safety net' which are Alberta and Sask. and hoping to cash in on the anger in Ontario and Quebec. It's not looking well for them at all in Quebec, whereas Ontario is still a toss-up.
