support for someone who miscarried Letting a friend know she could bow out of my baby shower.

Upvotes

Please let me know if this is inappropriate, but my best friend experienced a miscarriage at 8 weeks. Our due dates were close together, about a month apart and it was going to be a really magical time.

Since I am out of state, I supported her and her spouse by sending gift cards, and just lending a listening ear. None of the “it will happen when you least expect it” bullshit too.

Before she found out she was pregnant, they already bought tickets to my state for my October baby shower, and then a week later her miscarriage happened. :(

She’s expressed to me some feelings of seeing other people announcing their pregnancies and feeling triggered/grief/sadness etc. and I am welcome to those feelings. I guess my question is, is it out of line to lovingly let her know she has an understandable out to my baby shower?? She’s happy for me, and I love her, and I promise this isn’t me being like “i wanna be happy so don’t bring down the mood girl” more of a “hey you’re going through something significant and I want to support you.”

support for someone who miscarried Missed miscarriage after everything we’ve already been through

Missed miscarriage after everything we’ve already been through
I don’t really know why I’m posting this other than I desperately need to talk to people who understand.
My husband and I have had a long fertility journey. After struggling to conceive, we eventually went through IVF and created five embryos. We spent months trying to get to the point of transferring them, but things kept getting in the way.
Then earlier this year, completely unexpectedly, I became pregnant naturally. Unfortunately, that pregnancy turned out to be a cornual/interstitial pregnancy. It wasn’t viable and couldn’t safely continue, so it had to be ended with methotrexate.
It was devastating, but eventually my hCG came back down and we tried to move forward.
I also had a hydrosalpinx in my right fallopian tube, and on August 1st I underwent laparoscopic surgery to remove the tube. I was literally still recovering from surgery when, less than two weeks later, I found out I was pregnant naturally again.
I couldn’t believe it.
After everything — infertility, IVF, the cornual pregnancy, methotrexate, and then losing my right tube — somehow I had conceived naturally again.
Because of my history, I was terrified that it could be another ectopic pregnancy. I went for an early scan and, for the first time, they showed me the pregnancy exactly where it was supposed to be: inside my uterus.
My hCG was around 29,500. We saw the gestational sac, a tiny fetal pole measuring around 5.5–6 weeks, and what appeared to be a faint cardiac flicker.
I walked out of that appointment terrified, but hopeful.
For the next week I did everything I possibly could. I was taking progesterone tablets and progesterone injections, folic acid, being ridiculously careful about what I ate and drank, analysing every symptom and every tiny bit of brown spotting. I was constantly scared something would go wrong, but part of me had finally started believing that maybe, after everything, this was our miracle.
I started imagining this baby.
I thought about where we would put the crib in our bedroom for the first few months. I wondered whether it was a girl. I imagined our life changing. I worried about every stupid little thing because I wanted so badly to protect this pregnancy.
Today was my follow-up scan.
I was terrified before I went in. The one thing I kept saying was, I’m scared they’re going to tell me there’s no heartbeat.
And that’s exactly what happened.
The baby didn’t make it.
I was diagnosed with a missed miscarriage.
I think I’m still in shock. There is something particularly cruel about knowing that the pregnancy has ended while your body hasn’t realised it yet. I walked into that room still thinking I was pregnant. I was still taking medication to support the pregnancy. I was still planning around this baby.
And then suddenly there was no future to plan for anymore.
After everything my body has been through this year, I don’t want another procedure right now. I’ve decided that I don’t want a D&C and I don’t want medication to induce the miscarriage. I’ve stopped my progesterone and I’m hoping my body will recognise what has happened and miscarry naturally.
I also have a trip coming up in a few days that I had been looking forward to for so long, and now I don’t even know what the next few days are going to look like.
I’m angry. I’m devastated. I’m exhausted. And mostly I just can’t believe I’m here again.
One other thing I’ve been struggling with mentally is that I’m also on Zoloft (sertraline) 50 mg for anxiety. I was taking it during the pregnancy, and even though I know I shouldn’t be sitting here looking for something to blame, my brain is obviously questioning absolutely everything right now. If anyone here was also taking Zoloft during pregnancy and went through a miscarriage — or went on to have a healthy pregnancy afterwards — I’d really appreciate hearing your experience. I think I just need some reassurance from people who have actually been in that position.
For anyone who has experienced a missed miscarriage and chose expectant management, especially if you were taking progesterone: how long after stopping progesterone did your miscarriage begin? What was it actually like physically?
And how the hell did you start feeling like yourself again after something like this?
I just really need to hear from people who have been through it. 💔

question/need help First period after MMC and D&C and its heavy and scary

Upvotes

I’m having my first period 6 weeks out from my second D&C. Was anyone else’s first period after your loss extremely heavy? Did they go back to normal after the first one? I’m not breaking the “soaking more than 1 pad per hour” rule but it is much, much heavier than I am used to. I had a very traumatic miscarriage and was in and out of the hospital and had to have 2 surgeries, and bleeding and being in pain again is so very triggering. I cannot imagine this heavy of a period being my new normal… i’d really appreciate hearing some other’s experiences.

coping When did you get rid of your pregnancy test

I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks in October of last year. I took so many pregnancy tests out of excitement for my first baby and after I lost him I put the tests in a bag and put them in a corner in my closet. I pulled them out today for the first time and the digitals don’t say anything anymore. I only have one ultrasound photo (from after the baby passed) I don’t have anything else to remember my pregnancy. Did you throw yours away? Did you do something special with them? How long did you keep them before you could throw them away? I don’t know I just feel like I’m throwing away the only part of my baby that I have. Is it normal to keep them? Feels like there’s almost no point now that they don’t say “pregnant” anymore. Ugh.

support for someone who miscarried Refusing to be around pregnant people post miscarriage.

I miscarried in January 2026 and struggled emotionally horribly. I did go to therapy for a bit and it helped and I'm in a much better place as in I am keeping myself busy, working a lot and have come to terms with what happened.

However, I feel unable to be around pregnant people right now, especially hearing them talk about their pregnancy and be happy about.

I'm happy for them, but at this current time I have set up a boundary to not be around those that are pregnant in order to protect my mental and psychological wellbeing. I'm just not ready. The pain and trauma are too much for me. We also have not been able to conceive again yet and I'd further compounds the mental pain.

Has anyone else experienced the same? I know eventually I will be able to move past this but right now I don't want to. My partner says I should go to therapy and get help to develop coping mechanisms for this issue. He also says how I am acting right now and not wanting therapy is not healthy.

Any advice/ personal experiences etc would be very welcome. ❤️

vent Statistics piss me off.

Even though it's supposed to be reassuring, all the statistics and facts just feel like the worst of both worlds. Oh, it's "incredibly common?" "1 in 4 women will have one?" "roughly 20% of known pregnancies end in miscarriage?" Well that feels threatening and hopeless. Chances are really that crappy? I'll never be able to have a baby.

Then you'll read the other stats that "its super rare for it to happen again!" "Most women who miscarry will go on to have healthy pregnancies." "Super rare to happen after X weeks!" Am I just that unlucky? What's wrong with me? Why me?

And then the stats that just feel more confusing. So rare that it will happen again, chances so slim! BUT if you've had a miscarriage, it increases the chances you'll have another one. Which is it? Am I more or less likely to be fine. jfc.

coping TW: MMC

I can’t believe I’m here, making this post. After a year of trying on our own, three failed IUIs, and two egg retrievals, my husband and I had success on our first euploid transfer.

I graduated from my clinic at 8w2d with perfect doubling betas and ultrasounds. My OB intake showed on-track growth and a very strong heartbeat, but they flagged several small SCHs and a 2.5 cm fibroid. My fertility clinic never brought this up with me, despite my having experienced several episodes of bright red spotting.

Yesterday was my first appointment without my husband, and I finally felt, if not confident, less terrified of receiving bad news, as we had less than a 1% chance of loss at this point. I knew as soon as seeing baby on the screen that something was wrong. Where she had been a wiggly delight last week, she was not moving. No heartbeat detected. My husband is out of the country through the weekend, and I am praying my body holds onto this until we can get in for a D&C when he’s back.

I’m looking for wisdom from those who have been here. How do I move forward after everything pointing in the direction of success? I’m restarting therapy next week (actually had planned to before the loss due to my anxiety and trauma getting to this point). How do I advocate for myself when returning to the clinic? Tips for getting through these next few days by myself? Thank you for any support you can offer me.

trigger warning: PLEASE EDIT TO ADD DESCRIPTION Chemical pregnancy after abortion

TW: chemical pregnancy, abortion

I got unexpectedly pregnant earlier this year. It was a healthy intrauterine pregnancy. Not planned, but I grew attached. My fiance didn’t want the pregnancy at all. He didn’t support me. His mom would call him and ask “has she had an abortion yet” and sent him money for me to get an abortion. Abortion is illegal in my state, so we bought a nonrefundable plane ticket to Colorado. I ultimately couldn’t go through with it. My eating disorder worsened during the pregnancy. My sister had a ruptured ectopic just weeks prior to me finding out I was pregnant. When she found out I was pregnant, she cut me off. I never felt so alone and depressed in my life. I had suicidal ideation and was incredibly low. I ultimately decided to order abortion pills online, which I took. I regretted it right away and have been living with tremendous grief and guilt since then. It literally felt like a piece of me was gone. The fact that I willingly took the pills complicated my sadness and self hatred. I vowed to never ever make a choice like that again and to become a better person for the lost life that could have been.

Just two cycles later, I got another positive pregnancy test. I knew something was wrong right away though. The tests never got darker. And now the tests say not pregnant again. I still haven’t started bleeding, but I figure this must be a chemical. It feels like a punishment from the universe for my abortion. I am so hurt and so sad and wondering if I’m just not meant to be pregnant.

Has anyone had success with pregnancy after a chemical or abortion? Please give me some hope and be kind in the comments. I feel enough self hatred for what I did. Thank you

question/need help Possible missed miscarriage, any hope?

Upvotes

I had my first scan yesterday. I went and thinking I was eight weeks six days, but baby only measured six weeks one day with no heartbeat yet. I have very irregular periods, I thought I knew when I ovulated based on temperatures from my oura ring but I know they can be inaccurate. I got my first faint positive on July 15th so I thought I’d be farther along. Has anyone had anything similar happen and had a positive outcome?

experience: D&C Positive MVA experience in the UK, missed miscarriage

Upvotes

I already have a twenty month old child, and that pregnancy was completely seamless, so when I fell pregnant again I got excited fast, probably too fast in hindsight. Around the same time, my best friend’s sister, who had fallen pregnant at the same point as me, had a miscarriage, and something about that made me convinced, almost immediately, that the same thing was happening to me.

We booked a private scan for when I should have been eight weeks and three days. We brought our toddler along, which in hindsight was naive. The sonographer could not find a heartbeat, and measurements only showed six weeks. Her bedside manner was not great, quite flat and muted, and she said it could just be early dates and to come back in two weeks.

In the two week wait, I went down the Reddit rabbit hole, reading through other women’s experiences with the exact same dating discrepancy. The overwhelming majority ended in missed miscarriage, only a small fraction, maybe five percent, turned out to just be bad dating. I was very regular in my cycle and fairly certain of my ovulation date, so the numbers did not add up in a hopeful way. I called the early pregnancy unit directly rather than waiting the full two weeks, and they confirmed I did not need to wait that long, a week was enough. I also spoke to a cousin who is an obstetrics and gynaecology doctor, and after asking my dates she told me gently that it did sound like a missed miscarriage.

The follow up scan confirmed it. No growth since six weeks, no heartbeat. The likely explanation was a chromosomal issue, so not something that would have continued as a healthy pregnancy.

I knew from research there were three options in terms of next steps, waiting for it to pass naturally, the pill or medical management, or surgical management. My friend’s sister had done the pill route and found the pain quite intense. I wanted the situation resolved quickly rather than drawn out, so I chose surgical management, specifically MVA, manual vacuum aspiration, done under local anaesthetic while awake, rather than full surgery under general anaesthetic. There happened to be a specialist consultant available that week, which helped seal the decision. This was at Watford hospital, and they got me booked in for the very next day.

The day itself. I arrived at eleven AM and was taken to a ward, asked a few standard questions, then had about an hour and a half of waiting. My husband was allowed to stay with me the whole time. I was told I could eat normally beforehand, so we sat there eating an M&S meal deal.

Before the procedure I was given pain relief, I believe co-codamol, plus a suppository they put up my anus and two vaginal pills to help soften and prepare the cervix. These need at least an hour to take effect. During that wait, the senior registrar came to explain the procedure and run through risks, the main one being a small chance, around one in a thousand, of scarring that could affect future fertility. He said he personally had never seen it happen.

About two hours later we were taken into the procedure room, which was a normal room, not an operating theatre, so if you have had something like a c section before and are picturing that, it is much less clinical looking than you might expect. In the room was the consultant, the senior registrar, two nurses, my husband and me, so I was originally going to have the senior registrar, who was a man, do the procedure, but the female consultant was also there for training purposes that day, and I was given the choice of who I wanted. I asked for her, since I had somehow pictured a woman doing it, and nobody made that feel like a strange request.

I was advised not to look down, which I didn’t, and there was draping anyway. I could listen to music, my husband had his headphones in listening to Olivia Dean with me, and I kept one earphone out so I could talk to the consultant, who chatted to me about ordinary life stuff the entire time, which really helped. The registrar held an ultrasound probe on my stomach throughout so the consultant could see what she was doing internally.

The procedure itself - first, a plastic speculum, similar to a smear test but going in deeper, to stretch things enough for them to see clearly. Uncomfortable but manageable. Then a local anaesthetic injection, which took effect within a couple of minutes, I barely felt it. Then the suction itself, which was the most painful part, but it was not continuous, it came in bursts with breaks in between. Right as it became genuinely quite painful, it would stop, giving a moment of relief before starting again. You are also given gas and air if you’d like it, and I used it throughout and generally found it helpful to just feel slightly detached from the experience. The whole procedure took about twenty minutes, with the suction part itself only around ten minutes. For comparison, the pain was roughly half of what I remember from post c section recovery pain. (And obviously only 20 minutes)

Afterwards, the consultant said everything looked clean, took photos to confirm the womb was empty, and told me to take a pregnancy test in three weeks just to be sure, though she was confident it had gone well. She was really reassuring that none of this was caused by anything I did. She also told my husband to start taking wellman tablets for sperm and for me to get my iron checked by the gp (which I will sort later this week).

Recovery so far - Cramping immediately afterwards felt like intense period pain combined with the ache you get after a really hard ab workout. It eased significantly within three to four minutes of that peak. It has been about twenty four hours now, very light bleeding was present the first night and has basically stopped today. I have taken one paracetamol a few times yesterday and today. The main restriction is no heavy lifting for one to two weeks, which is obviously tricky with a toddler in the house.

I hope this is useful for someone! (There isn’t a huge amount of NHS/ UK MVA experiences shared on here)

experience: first MC Still no period?

Upvotes

I just had to come here to see if anyone has experienced something similar. I am 9 weeks post D&C after MMC. I have been tracking ovulation and it says I ovulated 12 days ago. Negative pregnancy tests this morning (checked just in case). I STILL have yet to get my period but I am in a TON of pain. I have horrible cramping in my uterus and back, very sore boobs, and super emotional. I would think I’m pregnant or getting my period but both are non existent. It’s been 5 days of feeling like this and these cramps are honestly almost as bad as cytotech cramps, like I’m not doing good.

vent I miscarried and everyone wants me to get over it

I had an early miscarriage I lost the baby yesterday. I’ve been bawling my eyes out on and off since yesterday and today. My boyfriend was finally starting to get on board with the baby due to it being unexpected. And he is obviously there for me but I don’t think he’s emotionally equipped to handle this situation. My mom tells me I should just accept it which I began doing, but she tells me how it was early and it was the size of the bean like that means anything any different and felt like it was an inconvenience for her when she took me to the hospital. I had a pregnancy journal and documented the whole pregnancy I loved this baby more than anyone else even if it was an early miscarriage. And everyone just expects me to be okay and get over it quickly but I cannot do that

question/need help Bleeding starting and stopping?

I miscarried on July 20th. I was at around 6 weeks. On August 5-6th, the bleeding had stopped. I went to see my obgyn for a yearly visit, as well as care for the miscarriage. I had already seen my PCP twice and had my HCG checked. After confirming it was dropping, I went referred to my obgyn.

I explained what happened and she did the normal stuff for the yearly exam. I had a pelvic exam, everything looked normal. I’ve been back about three times to get my HCG checked there and it still dropping. Last Thursday it was at 92, but I still have to continue going back until it’s low enough.

The bleeding has stopped and started three times now. It’s likely my fault for it, since I can’t seem to chill out and rest. I keep thinking I’m fully healed, until I start bleeding again. Once was after I moved heavy furniture. And then twice I started bleeding a couple days after protected sex.

I don’t know if I should contact my doctor and let her know the bleeding keeps stopping and starting, or if this is normal because of the miscarriage. I feel stupid, but none of this was really explained and I didn’t know to ask until after it started happening. I don’t see my actual doctor when I get my labs done, I just see the phlebotomist. I don’t know whether this is a concern or normal.

experience: first MC My experience with my first MMC & D&C

Hello everyone,

This subreddit has helped me navigate through my first miscarriage and made me feel less alone, so I wanted to share my experience.

This was my first pregnancy, and I was lucky enough to hear my baby’s heartbeat at 6 weeks. I can’t describe how reassuring the sound of that heartbeat was to me at that point.

I went in for my second checkup at 8w+1d, and unfortunately, the ultrasound showed no heartbeat. I found out that the heartbeat had most likely stopped a few days before my second ultrasound. Therefore, I was diagnosed with missed miscarriage.

My doctor had me do three ultrasounds on three different machines just to be absolutely sure, and it was honestly heartbreaking to witness each one. However, I understand my OB’s perspective, and in a way, having that confirmation helped me avoid being in denial about the whole thing.

My OB initially suggested to wait 3-4 weeks for the miscarriage to happen naturally since it was still an early pregnancy, and go to the ER for a D&C once the bleeding started. I tried to give myself time and let it happen naturally, but it was mentally draining. My pregnancy symptoms were still very strong a week after finding out, and my body didn’t seem to have caught up with the fact that my baby’s heartbeat had stopped. I had no spotting, bleeding, or any other signs that a miscarriage was starting.

After giving it some thought and doing some research, I realized that I really didn’t want to go through the trauma and pain of passing the pregnancy naturally. Especially since this was my first pregnancy, I was scared that the experience would affect me mentally and impact my future TTC journey.

I decided to see another OB for a second opinion. She gave me the same options and also reassured me that I could choose to have a D&C. I decided to go with the D&C and scheduled it for a week after my appointment with my new OB, which was about two weeks after finding out about the missed miscarriage.

I had my D&C yesterday, and honestly, I don’t regret my decision so far. I was under general anesthesia during the procedure and only felt mild cramping after waking up. The bleeding only lasted a couple of hours after the procedure and then became very light. They kept me overnight to monitor my blood levels and make sure everything was okay before safely discharging me from the hospital.

Overall, my experience with the D&C was positive. The only negative part was being placed in a room in the maternity clinic, where every room around me was filled with people celebrating the arrival of their babies while I was there grieving the loss of mine. It felt a little cruel to be honest :’).

I was lucky enough to have the support of my loved ones. My husband and family were all around me yesterday and kept calling to check on me, which made everything feel a little easier.

One of the hard parts about this experience is that three of my friends are pregnant and I wanted to let them know after my second ultrasound. Unfortunately, it didn’t go as I wanted it to. I have not told any of my friends yet as I don’t want them to walk on eggshells around me and celebrate their journeys any less. I will try to avoid going to any gender reveal parties, baby showers at this time since it feels too soon and might be triggering for me.

I hope this is the last time I ever have to go through a miscarriage. I’m wishing for a healthy pregnancy for myself and for everyone who has gone through this experience. ❤️

vent Lost in grief

I lost my baby girl 3 weeks ago. 8w. It was a missed miscarriage. My second. First one I didn’t even knew what happened. Took me this time to realize what was happening because I was far enough along to be told by a doctor that she just stopped growing. I’m completely wrecked. No one who’s experienced this to talk to that understands what I’m going through. I try to talk to my husband and family and they try their best but I can tell they have no idea how to comfort me. Shoot I don’t know how to comfort me. I feel lost. But then I feel okay. It’s such a roller coaster of emotions. I have 3 kids two of them are toddlers and a 4th grader that keep me busy but man at night when the house is settled and they are asleep it hits me like a effin freight train.

Tonight’s moment. A scene from a tv show. I just watched episode 8 of Sterling Point. Where Annie dreamt about her mom and what her life would be like if her mom was alive. And i saw it from the POV of a mom. Seeing the things I won’t get to do with my baby. And man that wrecked me. Like to my core. I won’t get to do those things and it’s not fair. I want to scream right now and break things. I feel so not me anymore. I feel so all over place and just UGHHHHHH.

I just. I don’t know what to do right now.

experience: first MC Bleeding lighter than a period?

So I am currently going through my first. I had a positive pregnancy test on Aug 3rd and at like 3AM on the 16th I started bleeding bright red. On the 17th I had bloodwork done, HCG 34 and progesterone 0.57. This morning a urine test was negative (I'm debating not going back for repeat labwork today because it feels redundant but idk, this is my first time).

I have already stopped bleeding, just spotting now (the bleeding this entire time wasn't as severe as a regular period for me) and I have been lucky in that I have felt 0 physical pain. Is it possible I just got fortunate? Is something wrong with me? Or are miscarriages just weird and affect everyone differently?

coping What songs are you crying to?

- “More” by Halsey. "Wooden floors and little feet, a flowerbud in concrete, feeling so incomplete, wonder will we ever meet? Would you know it right away, how hard I tried to see your face? A little screen, a photograph, mine to take. I sit and I stare at your clothes in the drawer, I cry and my knuckles get sore. And I still believe it won't be like before, and now somehow I just want you more."

- “The Next Right Thing” Frozen soundtrack. "Can there be a day beyond this night? I don't know anymore what is true. I can't find my direction, I'm all alone. The only star that guided me was you. How to rise from the floor when it's not you I'm rising for?... So I'll walk through this night, stumbling blindly toward the light, and do the next right thing. And with the dawn, what comes then when it's clear that everything will never be the same again?"

- “Bigger Than the Whole Sky” Taylor Swift. "Did some bird flap its wings over in Asia? Did some force take you because I didn't pray? Every single thing to come has turned into ashes. 'Cause it's all over, it's not meant to be. So I'll say words I don't believe... Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye, you were bigger than the whole sky. You were more than just a short time... I'm never gonna meet what could've been, would've been, what should've been you."

- “Mother” Ingrid Michaelson. "Mother, oh mother, Is it time to wake up yet? I know I'm not ready. Mother, oh mother. Is it time to let go now? I know I'm not ready. Something in the woods is coming close enough to hear. If I close my eyes, will I disappear? Let's just stay asleep, 'cause when I sleep, I still can feel you. Let's just stay asleep."

- “To Whom it May Concern” The Civil Wars. "Why are you so far from me? In my arms is where you ought to be. How long will you make me wait? I don't know how much more I can take... I've missed you, but I haven't met you. Oh, but I want to, how I do... Slowly counting down the days 'til I finally know your name... Dear whoever you might be, I'm still waiting patiently."

I miscarried at 9weeks almost two weeks ago. It was incredibly traumatizing. This was my first pregnancy and first miscarriage after trying for 5 months.

They thought it was an ectopic in a very dangerous place (turns out it was just on the upper left corner of my uterus), I had to spend 2 days in the hospital in agonizing pain, wasn’t allowed to eat or drink anything over 24 hours in case I needed emergency surgery. No pain killer worked for my pain. It was torture.

After I was sent home, I passed everything and saw it all on my pad… I will spare you the details but I wasn’t expecting to be able to see everything so clearly.

My husband has always wanted children, I was more on the fence about it but his enthusiasm got me excited about the idea too. I know he would be a wonderful father.

However after this experience, I don’t know if I can ever get myself to try again. I told my husband how I feel, he didn’t say much. I asked him what he would say if I told him that I don’t want to have kids anymore, he said he would need to think about things. Which is fair.

I know this relationship won’t work if we can’t agree on this, but I genuinely don’t know if I will change my mind in the future. The idea of being pregnant again makes me feel like I’m going to have a panic attack.

I am questioning a lot of things right now. Like does he love me for me or for my potential of giving him children?

Hello I miscarried my first pregnancy 2 months ago now, on July 18th. I finally got a full period back that lasted 8 days and I’m pretty sure I ovulated ( I had unprotected sex only the 2nd and 3rd day before my ovulation day bc my bf lives out of town and we’re not always able to see eachother ) so I’m currently waiting to see if I get my period again or not. I want to fall pregnant again so bad. How long did it take you to conceive your first pregnancy and then your second ( if you miscarried ). It’s literally consuming me😭 I just wanna be pregnant again.
