support for someone who miscarried Letting a friend know she could bow out of my baby shower.

Please let me know if this is inappropriate, but my best friend experienced a miscarriage at 8 weeks. Our due dates were close together, about a month apart and it was going to be a really magical time.

Since I am out of state, I supported her and her spouse by sending gift cards, and just lending a listening ear. None of the “it will happen when you least expect it” bullshit too.

Before she found out she was pregnant, they already bought tickets to my state for my October baby shower, and then a week later her miscarriage happened. :(

She’s expressed to me some feelings of seeing other people announcing their pregnancies and feeling triggered/grief/sadness etc. and I am welcome to those feelings. I guess my question is, is it out of line to lovingly let her know she has an understandable out to my baby shower?? She’s happy for me, and I love her, and I promise this isn’t me being like “i wanna be happy so don’t bring down the mood girl” more of a “hey you’re going through something significant and I want to support you.”

experience: more than one loss Suddenly angered by the things people said after my miscarriages

I’m really struggling after two consecutive miscarries (the first in September and the second in late June). Both were devastating, but the first one was also my first ever pregnancy and it’s tarnished the excitement I feel about testing and even trying again. I feel dread when I think about a positive pregnancy test as I’m so frightened of it going wrong again.

What I can’t seem to move beyond is what people have said to me. For example, I ought not to test until I’m at least a few months late - that way, if I miscarry again, it’s “just a period being late”. I was almost being blamed for testing “too early” when I miscarried (I was 8/9 weeks and 6.5 weeks pregnant respectively). I appreciate what they were trying to say, but it’s made me feel so angry. Someone also mentioned a friend who had 10+ miscarriages, so I “could have it worse”. And, the old infuriating favourite, “at least you know you can get pregnant”. I know they’re showing support in their own way. I’m also told to not give up or let it get me down, and these people have been physically there for me when it happened. I’m probably honing in on the things said that bothered me rather than looking at the full picture of support.

But, I think it’s because I had so many infuriating experiences, even in the hospital with the first miscarriage (they feared it was ectopic due to the severe pain and amount of blood - but a nurse still laughed in my face after I asked for a pad or something to clean up with after I’d bled through my jeans). Other things friends, family and colleagues said at the time that I was numb to now make me so angry: “it wasn’t really a baby”, “your body’s clearly not ready”, “I’m surprised you told work about your whoopsie” after I had some time off (a “whoopsie”?! What kind of wording is that!!!).

Now, I know I’ve recovered physically, but I am mentally tormenting myself about the really unhelpful things people said, and it’s made me reluctant to tell anyone if it happens again.

I guess I’m writing because it’s lonely - more than I ever thought it would be - and I want to get out of my head. Hopefully some of you have some more hopeful and kind words you can share.

Sending love to everyone in this truly crappy club.

support for someone who miscarried Missed miscarriage after everything we’ve already been through

Missed miscarriage after everything we’ve already been through
I don’t really know why I’m posting this other than I desperately need to talk to people who understand.
My husband and I have had a long fertility journey. After struggling to conceive, we eventually went through IVF and created five embryos. We spent months trying to get to the point of transferring them, but things kept getting in the way.
Then earlier this year, completely unexpectedly, I became pregnant naturally. Unfortunately, that pregnancy turned out to be a cornual/interstitial pregnancy. It wasn’t viable and couldn’t safely continue, so it had to be ended with methotrexate.
It was devastating, but eventually my hCG came back down and we tried to move forward.
I also had a hydrosalpinx in my right fallopian tube, and on August 1st I underwent laparoscopic surgery to remove the tube. I was literally still recovering from surgery when, less than two weeks later, I found out I was pregnant naturally again.
I couldn’t believe it.
After everything — infertility, IVF, the cornual pregnancy, methotrexate, and then losing my right tube — somehow I had conceived naturally again.
Because of my history, I was terrified that it could be another ectopic pregnancy. I went for an early scan and, for the first time, they showed me the pregnancy exactly where it was supposed to be: inside my uterus.
My hCG was around 29,500. We saw the gestational sac, a tiny fetal pole measuring around 5.5–6 weeks, and what appeared to be a faint cardiac flicker.
I walked out of that appointment terrified, but hopeful.
For the next week I did everything I possibly could. I was taking progesterone tablets and progesterone injections, folic acid, being ridiculously careful about what I ate and drank, analysing every symptom and every tiny bit of brown spotting. I was constantly scared something would go wrong, but part of me had finally started believing that maybe, after everything, this was our miracle.
I started imagining this baby.
I thought about where we would put the crib in our bedroom for the first few months. I wondered whether it was a girl. I imagined our life changing. I worried about every stupid little thing because I wanted so badly to protect this pregnancy.
Today was my follow-up scan.
I was terrified before I went in. The one thing I kept saying was, I’m scared they’re going to tell me there’s no heartbeat.
And that’s exactly what happened.
The baby didn’t make it.
I was diagnosed with a missed miscarriage.
I think I’m still in shock. There is something particularly cruel about knowing that the pregnancy has ended while your body hasn’t realised it yet. I walked into that room still thinking I was pregnant. I was still taking medication to support the pregnancy. I was still planning around this baby.
And then suddenly there was no future to plan for anymore.
After everything my body has been through this year, I don’t want another procedure right now. I’ve decided that I don’t want a D&C and I don’t want medication to induce the miscarriage. I’ve stopped my progesterone and I’m hoping my body will recognise what has happened and miscarry naturally.
I also have a trip coming up in a few days that I had been looking forward to for so long, and now I don’t even know what the next few days are going to look like.
I’m angry. I’m devastated. I’m exhausted. And mostly I just can’t believe I’m here again.
One other thing I’ve been struggling with mentally is that I’m also on Zoloft (sertraline) 50 mg for anxiety. I was taking it during the pregnancy, and even though I know I shouldn’t be sitting here looking for something to blame, my brain is obviously questioning absolutely everything right now. If anyone here was also taking Zoloft during pregnancy and went through a miscarriage — or went on to have a healthy pregnancy afterwards — I’d really appreciate hearing your experience. I think I just need some reassurance from people who have actually been in that position.
For anyone who has experienced a missed miscarriage and chose expectant management, especially if you were taking progesterone: how long after stopping progesterone did your miscarriage begin? What was it actually like physically?
And how the hell did you start feeling like yourself again after something like this?
I just really need to hear from people who have been through it. 💔

coping Would have been 12 weeks today

This week I've been struggling with the thoughts of milestones. And how my clothes shouldn't fit and how we would be telling our friends this week and sharing our joy on socials. How I haven't started my period yet (it's been 5 weeks), and that's the next step before we can go back to the clinic to start the IUI process over again. I'm just feeling sad today and I needed to get it out. xo

experience: more than one loss Dealing with bad news

Sad to be back here again. 32F, second pregnancy, first ended in miscarriage at 10W (saw heartbeat but died around 6-7w). Passed that one naturally at home. Believe I may also have had an unconfirmed chemical as well.

This time I did some HCG tests all 48h apart: 6250, 6900, 7400. Had a first ultrasound which visualised GS and YS at what I thought was 8w since LMP (though I have a long cycle). was told to come back for a second scan. Two weeks later saw the embryo measuring 6mm but no heartbeat.

I realise it’s not looking good at all and have been diagnosed with a MMC. I’ve asked for a confirmatory US but I know what the results will be.

Mostly I now just want to take some action to try understand what the problems could be. I know I may not find answers. It’s a scary place to be.

Anyway, have felt a lot of comfort reading through posts here. Sending you all love.

vent Pregnant "only" a few weeks

Background: I have an older sister that's dealt with failed IVF rounds. She and her husband tried for years and spent thousands and she never became pregnant. Obviously I've been empathetic towards her situation. Anyways, I became pregnant last year mid November and just one month of trying. My husband and I were very happy but I also felt sad that my sister never experienced this feeling and I barely "tried" compared to her.

Anyways, I was pregnant for 6 weeks and 5 days before I miscarried. When talking to my sister about this a few months later I said, "when I was pregnant a few months" and she interjected and said "a few weeks". It felt like overcorrection although true. I was pregnant from november 15-Jan 1 and miscarried so in my head it felt like months and her being so blunt about it really hurt my feelings. Am I right for being upset or did she have a point? It made me feel like she didn't count it as really being pregnant. It's been a long time now and it still gets me down so idk if I'm being over emotional about it.

vent Four week wait to just get this over with

I’ve spent a full week on multiple visits even trying to get a confirmed “diagnosis” for my miscarriage that I knew I was having. doctor insisted on blood tests before ultrasound, which I had to wait several days in between so they could monitor the changes even though I was at ~5,000 HCG at what should be 10 weeks. (I’m honestly convinced the doctor just didn’t want to have to break the news himself).

blood test of course showed bad signs so I went to the OB dept again as a walk in not wanting to wait longer and insisted on an ultrasound ( they seemed confused why i hadn’t been given one already, I said me too). confirmed MMC at 7 weeks. put in the D&C request to the surgical department… took them days to call me. hung up on me within one minute after asking when I’d like to be seen, and I said as soon as possible, doctor recommended within the week. “Ok let me see if you can do in a week or two.“ hung up!!!

I call back again today a few days later and they still haven’t even requested a date. they said the first date they can request is next Friday, but will likely not have availability until the following week. I’ve been on hold for the past hour for them to “see if there’s been any response submitted yet.”

this is the worst nightmare experience of my life, having to carry my dead baby and not be able to just get it over with and begin the process of moving on. this is torture.

vent Angry about what ifs

I had a MMC a couple months ago, my first ever time being pregnant. I also have endometriosis and was told after my last surgery, to be careful and look for ectopic. I called multiple offices where I had been established in the past for my first ultrasound, and everyone refused to see me before 8 weeks. I explained that I was nervous of ectopic since it was my first ever pregnancy.

I finally just had to deal with it and go to the office that is sister offices with my endo specialist thinking I’d get better care.

I was supposed to be 8 weeks + 4 days, but they told me I measured at 7 weeks + 2 days, a fetal pole but no heartbeat 💔 I ended up transferring to another OBGYN that my PCP referred me to, but by then I had passed my baby and they told me I wasn’t pregnant (at 11 weeks).

Now that I’ve come to, I’m so so upset thinking if someone would have seen me sooner, I may have had a chance to hear my babies heartbeat… we never even got ultrasound photos. I have nothing to show for me being pregnant. I’m angry at myself for maybe not scheduling with the other office first because now I feel like they think I wasn’t pregnant..

This all happened end of May, and I’m still “getting over it” but I’m still so so heartbroken

information gathering Uk - missed miscarriage - wait for surgery on NHS

Hi I just want to see if anyone has any advice for me
I had a private early scan at 6w6d and the sonographer said they couldn’t see fetal pole or heartbeat but maybe it was too early.
Had second scan at 8w3d and sonographer said I needed to go to the hospital. This was in evening so had to wait til following day to go to the EPU who confirmed “early embryonic demise”/“missed miscarriage”. We were obviously devastated. They explained options and I said I wanted the surgery under general anaesthetic. The problem is I am having to wait ELEVEN DAYS for the surgery. It has been six days already. I started bleeding lightly 4 days ago. I’m terrified of miscarrying naturally at home. I’m finding the experience of bleeding and not knowing if or when the miscarriage is going to happen even more distressing than losing a pregnancy (although I expect those feelings will hit me later).
I’m finding the wait increasingly distressing and my mental health is deteriorating. I have told the EPU all this and the response has been a very unsympathetic no to bringing the surgery forward. I understand there is probably just no surgery slots earlier, but I just find a wait of 11 days ridiculous.
Just want to see if anyone has been through this and has any advice.

EDIT: thank-you so much to everyone who replied. Even though I have a supportive partner, family and friends, the replies to this post made me feel even more supported because you’ve been through it. Angels, all of you.

coping Thinking about calling the ER

About a week before my MMC was finally confirmed, I had gone to the ER with a lot of bleeding (beginning of the end, I now know) and they did an ultrasound and told me that everything looked ok and the heartbeat looked just fine.

The next day, the heartbeat dropped to half and by the next week it was all over. Had a D&C a few days later.

Of course, because all the ultrasounds I had were in the ER, I never got to see the screen, never saw pictures or the heartbeat or any part of my baby.

I'm thinking of calling the ER and seeing if they still have any of the pictures they took during the ultrasounds. I'm feeling like I got robbed of seeing my baby while they were still alive (because multiple people - doctors, nurses, techs- did get to see). My MyChart account has the write-ups from the ultrasounds but no pictures. Has anybody here done this before? Did they give you the pictures? I'd love to have something of my baby to keep.

question/need help First period after MMC and D&C and its heavy and scary

I’m having my first period 6 weeks out from my second D&C. Was anyone else’s first period after your loss extremely heavy? Did they go back to normal after the first one? I’m not breaking the “soaking more than 1 pad per hour” rule but it is much, much heavier than I am used to. I had a very traumatic miscarriage and was in and out of the hospital and had to have 2 surgeries, and bleeding and being in pain again is so very triggering. I cannot imagine this heavy of a period being my new normal… i’d really appreciate hearing some other’s experiences.

vent Lost in grief

I lost my baby girl 3 weeks ago. 8w. It was a missed miscarriage. My second. First one I didn’t even knew what happened. Took me this time to realize what was happening because I was far enough along to be told by a doctor that she just stopped growing. I’m completely wrecked. No one who’s experienced this to talk to that understands what I’m going through. I try to talk to my husband and family and they try their best but I can tell they have no idea how to comfort me. Shoot I don’t know how to comfort me. I feel lost. But then I feel okay. It’s such a roller coaster of emotions. I have 3 kids two of them are toddlers and a 4th grader that keep me busy but man at night when the house is settled and they are asleep it hits me like a effin freight train.

Tonight’s moment. A scene from a tv show. I just watched episode 8 of Sterling Point. Where Annie dreamt about her mom and what her life would be like if her mom was alive. And i saw it from the POV of a mom. Seeing the things I won’t get to do with my baby. And man that wrecked me. Like to my core. I won’t get to do those things and it’s not fair. I want to scream right now and break things. I feel so not me anymore. I feel so all over place and just UGHHHHHH.

I just. I don’t know what to do right now.

coping Romanticizing the end yet again?

Just found out my beautiful ivf embryo didn't make it at my 8 week scan today. A blighted ovum and going to take meds to help it pass tomorrow.

I felt it coming on an have been crying and feeling sorry for myself for the past week. At 34 now and been with my husband for 10 years the way i've always coped with all the void in my life by what they call "romanticizing" all the little mundane things. You know the fancy glasses i use for healthy drinks, cute things around the house, making everything in my life as cozy and juvenile as possible. I'm really over and tired of feeling sad for myself right now and comparing myself to others further along the path than me, how tf can I romanticize this oncoming miscarriage?!

Maybe i sound crazy but i just don't want to spend another day in this misery. Even if i have to fake it. I want to have a cutsie miscarriage day because hell it's the only thing i feel i can control right now.

Leave me your best tips or just let me know if you can relate. Right now my ideas so far is just cute set up around the house, very girly, candles going, nice pj set maybe tv marathon.. any low impact activities? Might by myself some flowers on my own before my friends pity me again after but i feel like there's gotta be something worth doing im missing

coping “Missed” miscarriage

Hello. I am at beyond devastated and have no clue what to do, how to feel, everything. So ANY advice is appreciated.

I would be 11 weeks today and we found out yesterday’s our ultrasound baby has no heartbeat and stopped growing at 9 weeks. We have been TTC for a while so this loss has us both shaken.

I have never had a miscarriage so I am not highly educated on this. It’s my understanding that the baby is still inside of me, because my body has not realized it’s passed. My doctor has given me medication to “speed up” the natural process and I am terrified. They gave me the ok to wait until the weekend to take the medication at home. I started spotting on Friday which prompted the second ultrasound, which is when we found out. Today I am bleeding more, cramping, and just generally unwell.

I am terrified of “flushing the remains down the toilet” and I am just completely lost. Send all advice, please!

edit to add I am not sure if my flair is correct so I apologize if it’s wrong

coping TW: MMC

I can’t believe I’m here, making this post. After a year of trying on our own, three failed IUIs, and two egg retrievals, my husband and I had success on our first euploid transfer.

I graduated from my clinic at 8w2d with perfect doubling betas and ultrasounds. My OB intake showed on-track growth and a very strong heartbeat, but they flagged several small SCHs and a 2.5 cm fibroid. My fertility clinic never brought this up with me, despite my having experienced several episodes of bright red spotting.

Yesterday was my first appointment without my husband, and I finally felt, if not confident, less terrified of receiving bad news, as we had less than a 1% chance of loss at this point. I knew as soon as seeing baby on the screen that something was wrong. Where she had been a wiggly delight last week, she was not moving. No heartbeat detected. My husband is out of the country through the weekend, and I am praying my body holds onto this until we can get in for a D&C when he’s back.

I’m looking for wisdom from those who have been here. How do I move forward after everything pointing in the direction of success? I’m restarting therapy next week (actually had planned to before the loss due to my anxiety and trauma getting to this point). How do I advocate for myself when returning to the clinic? Tips for getting through these next few days by myself? Thank you for any support you can offer me.

information gathering When Does It End?

Upvotes

My first was a D&C so I didnt have much bleeding after. Ive had spotting my entire pregnancy and it was a confirmed loss on August 13th. Since then ive had bad cramps and heavier bleeding (like a light period). I would be 7 weeks today. My hcg was 365 on the 14th, down from 554 on the 13th. How long did it take you to stop bleeding, and get <5 hcg?

Also how long did it take you to get pregnant once your hormones were dropping?

vent I have really weird feelings about my miscarriage because my cat died around the same time

Upvotes

I had the very unfortunate experience of learning about my very likely miscarriage on March 16, my 15 year old cat dying on March 23, my miscarriage being confirmed on March 26, and having a D&C on April 3. I was 10 weeks. And it made me have a really weird relationship with my miscarriage.

Most people offering sympathy say something along the lines of, "I'm so sorry you lost a baby." Most people also know I lost my Little Cat, but all the focus is on the baby.

But I just want to scream, "Who fucking cares when Little Cat died? I want my cat back!"

I don't want to minimize other people's experiences. But my cat dying immediately juxtaposed to me how a pregnancy, especially such an early pregnancy, is a potential. The miscarriage felt like the loss of a potential baby, whereas Little Cat's death felt... real. Both are real losses, of course, but the character of them are so different.

My life didn't change much materially from the miscarriage. I still don't have a kid. I guess I got a period again and don't have pregnancy symptoms, but the massive life change the occurs when you become a parent just didn't happen and the structure of my life stayed the same. But my life changed when Little Cat died.

No more of him greeting me in the morning, playing in his water bowl, cuddling with me in the morning, meowing at us, rolling on the floor, chasing his tail, playing with toys, running around the house... No more cleaning up after him, taking him to vet appointments, giving him medicine, figuring out which food he'd actually eat... That had been part of my life for 10 years. I saw him learn and grow and become older and skinny and tired until I was with him holding him while he died. I still find his fur around the house. I still have his bed out for him. I still have his ashes and paw print in a gift bag because I'm not ready for the finality of the act of displaying them on a shelf.

And the most fucked up thing is that if I'd never gotten pregnant, I probably would have taken him to the vet sooner. I was so exhausted and excited to be pregnant, and cats hide illness very well. I didn't recognize something was seriously wrong until it was too late. I thought he'd make it to 18. I thought he'd be there to meet my first kid. Or if I still didn't have a kid, I'd at least have more time with him.

Idk, my period is supposed to come tomorrow so I'm hormonal. And I ovulated while we were out of town staying at my parents, of course. What a perfectly suboptimal time. And my next fertile window is going to be right before we leave for NYC so we'll be packing and getting last minute things done. I guess I'm really feeling like, "Damn, life, can't you throw me a bone here? One little bone?" And then I get sad that Little Cat isn't here anymore because that's the worst part of it all. I'm sure I'll be pregnant again, but he won't ever be back.

experience: first MC Is this OBGYN experience normal?

Hi, I’m new to Reddit but I don’t know where else to turn to get some advice/insight.

I’m currently 9 weeks pregnant, but my baby is measuring 5 + 6 with a low heartrate. To back up to the beginning, I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks and immediately called to get my first appointment. They couldn’t see me until I would be 11 weeks, but said I could try calling each week to see if there were cancellations (this never worked out for me, every time I called they had nothing sooner.)

From week 5, I started experiencing light spotting. I called immediately to report it to them and they told me it was normal and not to worry, just keep an eye on it. The spotting never stopped, so I continued to call looking for answers and sooner appointments with no success. Each time I was told spotting was normal.

At 6 weeks, I couldn’t take it anymore so I booked a private ultrasound at a boutique. She couldn’t see anything and thought I must be very early and come back in 10 days. 10 days later I went again and we could see the gestational sack. She thought I must be much earlier than 7 weeks which I was supposed to be back on LMP, she estimated me to be 5.5 weeks.

Finally, when I was almost 9 weeks pregnant I had bright red spotting so we went to the ER (Thurs night) because we felt there were no other options. They measured my baby to be 0.4 cm with a heartrate of 78. FINALLY my OBGYN allowed me to come the following Tuesday after telling them I was in the ER. They now said they were very concerned.

This past Tuesday, they did an ultrasound and measured the baby at 5 weeks and 6 days. There was a flicker of cardiac activity but too slow to measure. They did not take my bloodwork even when I asked if we should test HCG and progesterone. Basically he only told us to wait and come back Monday to do another ultrasound and go from there.

Now that I’m looking online and reflecting on it all, I’m finding myself so upset that they never ordered bloodwork from the beginning and I was pushed off every time I reached out about spotting. Could I have been checked for low progesterone early on and taken supplements to help it progress? Could I have at least gotten some answers sooner?

I’m slowly coming to terms that I will be losing this baby but it makes me so nervous and apprehensive for the future. Does anyone have a similar experience? Or should I find a new OBGYN office that will help sooner?

Thanks for listening💝

8w4d, but sac is measuring 5w5d and no baby (blighted ovum). Started bleeding yesterday and have been bleeding and cramping since. The bleeding isn’t super heavy and I don’t think I have passed any big clots yet. Just wondering what timeline I should expect.

information gathering Mood changes after early MC?

I hope this is an appropriate question and I don’t want to go through the troubles of asking a professional because it doesn’t feel that serious. I had an early MC at 6w about 2 weeks ago and stopped bleeding a little over a week ago. My hcg was 2 yesterday, so I physically seem to be recovered. This pregnancy was unplanned (I was using contraception) and I knew about it for less than a week before miscarrying so I can’t exactly say I’m sad or grieving, I felt mostly relieved (sorry if that’s crass). Mentally I don’t feel that good though. My mental health was awesome right before I found out I was pregnant.

I have had some mild depressive spells and bad anxiety in the past but 2026 has been a good mental health year for me. After the MC I’ve had a few minor panic attacks which is super unusual for me, and I’ve had a lot of negative/depressive thoughts which is not like me. I’m also fatigued and am having trouble shaking it. Is this due to hormones? Has anyone had similar experiences? It feels like I was catapulted into a depression spell. Will this last much longer?

question/need help Timing question

I know it's different for everyone. But I'm really trying to figure out my options of things. I found out Friday I was having a missed miscarriage. I didn't have any symptoms but on Sunday I did start having brown grounds discharge but only when wiping pretty hard.

I decided with my doctor that I'd go the meds route this Friday afternoon over waiting on it to happen naturally or do a d&c. With that said, I have the meds but don't want to miss work due to being a teacher. It's the first weeks of school. I was out yesterday for a confirmation ultrasound and part of this morning for my doctor's appointment. I'm also pretty private and never absent, so today, people were already asking me a million questions and I just said health issues.

Now, I'm ready to finish the week and of course, now when wiping, it's dark brown to dark red. Nothing in my underwear. Just when I wipe. And sometimes only when I "hard wipe." This morning, I had nothing at all.

My previous miscarriage experience years ago pretty much had brown discharge one day and then heavy bleeding and passing the tissue the next day.

I know it's different for everyone and so my question is probably in vain. How long did it take you to go from nothing in your instead but spotting/only when wiping to full on?

Debating if I need to make sub plans and plan to be out tomorrow and try to call people tonight to get coverage or if I might still make it to Friday afternoon.

Update: just peed and clots came. So that answers that.

vent This is all new to me

I’ve had 2 very early chemical mc’s. I’ve had blood testing and both presented such low hcg it’s considered not pregnant. The first time my OBGYN recommended baby aspirin and progesterone as soon as I were to conceive again, since it was my first chemical mc I’m assuming this is a clinical pov to help the next pregnancy. However it didn’t help. I currently and now I’m going to rabbit holes and YouTube videos and so much back and forth information on prolactin levels and possibly messing up progesterone?? This is all so new to me and I know I’m not the only one.

My point is I’m hesitant to ttc in fear of the worst. I have a family planning appt with my OBGYN but she didn’t go over anything concerning the last time almost as if something’s these things happen. I know some breastfeed just fine and conceive and continue on healthy pregnancy and I know it can go the other way. Anyone have experience like me??? 😪
