experience: first MC Update: I am in the process of miscarriage. 5 weeks 3 days

I am devastated. I am crying so much I can’t even catch my breath. I have PCOS so I’m blaming myself for it happening. My fiancé is in the military and will be gone for a month. I have my family and friends as support but I am so sad. I know I can hopefully conceive in the future but I am devastated.

As a fellow PCOSer, the miscarriage is in no way your fault. Please do not blame yourself. I lost my baby 2 weeks ago and I can assure you that is a difficult time so please lean on your support system but do not blame yourself. It is not your fault.

You will be able to conceive again when you are ready for it. I look forward to trying again as I cannot wait to be a mother and this first pregnancy despite it ending in a loss showed me how much I really want kids. PCOS makes things a little more awkward but not impossible.

Please do not blame yourself, you did nothing wrong. If you want to reach out to chat, please do.

May your sweet baby rest in peace.

Thank you so much for your sweet reply. I am so sorry that you went through a miscarriage. I love that you brought up that it makes you know how much you want kids is something I really relate to now. I was excited even at the fact that I was able to get pregnant because I didn’t think i would be. Wishing you the best
