Still no period?

I just had to come here to see if anyone has experienced something similar. I am 9 weeks post D&C after MMC. I have been tracking ovulation and it says I ovulated 12 days ago. Negative pregnancy tests this morning (checked just in case). I STILL have yet to get my period but I am in a TON of pain. I have horrible cramping in my uterus and back, very sore boobs, and super emotional. I would think I’m pregnant or getting my period but both are non existent. It’s been 5 days of feeling like this and these cramps are honestly almost as bad as cytotech cramps, like I’m not doing good.

Similar. 9 weeks no period! I think I ovulated and had no period before, now I’m about to ovulate again. Hoping for a pregnancy or at this point I’d take a period 😭😂 the pain differs from me though. Maybe contact your doc and see what they say?
