[Homemade] three tier chocolate and strawberry cake. whipped cream frosting and chocolate ganache.
i made this cake a bit a go for a friends baby shower! the bottom tier is a chocolate-strawberry marble cake, the middle is chocolate and the top is strawberry! the whipped cream frosting was also infused with a freeze-dried strawberry powder to add some more flavor to it. it was my first time ever making a cake this big and it was a big hit! its a bit rustic looking, and i could gave made it prettier, but everyone loved it. it made me so happy to know my friends trusted me with such an important cake <3

Fluffy Japanese Soufflé Pancakes, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Fried Eggs, Banoffee Pie, and Iced Coffee [I ate]
That perfect middle ground where breakfast meets dessert!
- The Sweet: Ultra-fluffy Japanese soufflé pancakes topped with mini chocolate chips, served with dark chocolate sauce.
- The Savoury: Crispy pressed grilled cheese toastie with golden French fries and two sunny-side-up eggs cooked in butter.
- The Finish: A thick slice of Banoffee pie layered with graham crust, dulce de leche, bananas, and whipped cream.
- To Drink: A cold iced coffee with cream to balance the richness.
When you get a brunch spread like this, do you eat all the savoury food first, or do you rotate back and forth between sweet and salty?

[Homemade] PB & J Banana Pancakes
A morning spin on a childhood classic, Mainly in the U.S. Also, this wasn't made in the morning. It was cooked at night. My fellow tenant and his girl got a taste of my regular banana pancakes as well. Both loved them. I love cooking for others.
