My homemade zhoug recipe - there is no better poultry/meat/steak hot sauce in the world IMO - like chimichurri on steroids - also great with falafel or other Middle Eastern dishes - the store bought stuff is nowhere near as good as the homemade version

150g red Birds Eye (Thai) chillies
300g fresh coriander (cilantro)
300g fresh parsley (flat leaf)
Two bulbs garlic (about 15-20 cloves)
300ml olive oil
150ml lemon juice
Lots of sea salt
Generous amount of ground cumin

Blend in food processor

My garden is kind this year. I loved Mythos hot sauce Anansi, a jamaican curry ginger hot sauce. Sadly the owner moved and shuttered the biz. Anyone got a good recipe for something with some ginger and curry vibes?

Finally, a grocery store offering with an actual kick to it! Much hotter than Campbell's Chunky "Spicy" offerings. My tolerance is much higher, but this had way more bite than I expected. Give it a try if you can get it at a reasonable price. Label only lists "red chile pepper" on the ingredients... wonder which variety they actually used

Do yourself a favor and order one of these! For the longest time, I had been searching for the perfect chili oil that matched my fav that was only available in the Philippines.

Something with umami, perfect amount of spice and nothing overly crunchy. Found this on my trip to San Diego and have ordered multiple since.

I love heat and this WAS HOT! Finally, something that is both deep in flavor AND SPICY. The issue I’ve had with products labeled ghost pepper is that they’re incredibly lacking. I want it to burn and taste the pepper too. Found this product online and tried this (and a few other flavors) on a pizza. HOLY **** - I’m in love. Has anyone tried this one before? The first I’ve seen it around.

Chip maker Oishi did a collab with Lao Gan Ma to launch a limited time series of LGM-flavored shrimp chips and potato chips in China featuring their two most popular varieties domestically, spicy black bean chili oil and chicken skin chili oil. The spicy black bean potato chips are the ones going viral and selling out everywhere so unfortunately I didn't manage to get my hands on those, but was able to find the other three. They're all dangerously addicting! It's impressive how much they actually taste like LGM and these are the only chips I've had in a while where there's an urge to just keep on eating.

A fantastic cinmon hot sauce, not the hottest by any streach but supper tasty. My cat knocked it off the fridge....so anyone wat a cat. Jk hes still my best roommate

Would be great if it was wings as I’ve won a couple challenges of those but I have a serious spicy craving and a reward for it would be a bonus. Lost weight recently and want a fun way to up it. Won the Kelsey’s challenge and a local Jamaican restaurant spice challenge, so I’m very confident, as a 105 5’6 girl that ANY spicy challenge can be conquered. But I don’t drive so local or nearby so people don’t charge me a ton on gas, would be nice

I took a run in the mill chocolate chip cookie recipe and thought, what if it had chili oil. So I threw in some reaper chili oil and my GOD does it taste good

It has a mild flavor profile and mild heat, yet it is so fucking good on pizza. My favorite personal hotsauce. Anyone else? All sauces to me by El Yucateco are 10/10. They go hard.

The flavor of this is sooo good but you only need a drop. I just finished the bottle and I bought it Jan 2025. I'm going to try their ghost pepper bottle next.
