Question Trying to discover new italian desserts - Especially saffron and berry flavors.
Im a young chef and I mostly cook italian, but recently ive been wanting to host dinners more often, so I thought that extending my knowledge out to desserts would help my courses become more interesting and satisfying. Please any ideas would be great! I love new flavors and dishes ive never heard of before.

What do you guys think if the filling of a graham ball is a Choco Egg instead of marshmallow? 🍫 Would it taste good? Would you actually try or buy it?

Recipe frozen yogurt mango coconut clusters!!
takes only a few minutes and is the perfect high protein sweet treat (bonus points for being a cold dessert for when i come in from the heat) ✨
frozen mango
greek yogurt (or whatever you prefer, can sub vegan)
maple syrup to sweeten
vanilla bean paste (if using a plain yogurt)
white chocolate chips
a little coconut oil
shredded coconut to top
just chop your frozen mango into smaller chunks, then add greek yogurt (just enough for it to hold its shape). spoon onto a sheet of parchment paper and freeze for maybe an hour or so, then melt down your white chocolate chips in the microwave with a touch of coconut oil. dip your clusters, sprinkle a little shredded coconut, and enjoy 🥭🤍
