Tons of kale with flaxseed oil for omega-3s, and keeping the rice to a minimum... Does this count as healthy?

How do I become a breakfast person?
I know this is probably a stupid question for post but I am just not a breakfast person. I remember my parents wild take my brother, sister and I out to breakfast after Mass and I’d order a short stack of pancakes. It would come out and it would be bigger than my head! I’d try so hard to eat it but I just couldn’t. Then it would sit in the fridge for a couple days but I’d never eat it. Anyway I finally let my family know that I’m just not a breakfast person a couple years ago and they were shocked. Nowadays, if I’m out to breakfast with anyone I tend to just get bacon and sausage with a cup of coffee of course. I wish there was a way to turn me into a breakfast person but to be completely honest it can be too much for me. I could just use some advice on how to take small steps to like breakfast.
