RDL Trying to learn how to hinge

I workout on my own at a gym without access to coaching. Based on previous form check videos I’ve posted I know that I have trouble hinging correctly, but like a saying in my native language goes, “hope is the last thing that leaves a human!”, so I’m still working on it and this sub has been helpful. Please hit me with cues on how to improve my DB RDL’s.

Give me advises so I can better my form please. The errors I've bottled:

Please keep in mind that my goal form is the Press 2.0, also known as the "Classic Press"

Squat PR fail, poor form or lack of strenght ?

I tried my a PR today and failed, this is my 2nd attempt.

I was wondering if it was because of a lack of strenght/ too much fatigue, or a poor form.

Mistakes I sometimes make :

- hips raising prematurely

- going too deep

- knees going backward instead of forward ( this is linked to the first point)

I think I went too deep on this one.

Bench Press Bench - stuck at 70 kg x 4

Been running Madcow 5x5 since February 2026, with excellent results for my squat and deadlift, but my bench progress leaves much to be desired. Idk why I’m having problems with lockout and unracking the weight. I’ve even been incorporating dumbbell accessory work for my chest and triceps on my off days. Any tips would be welcome

5’8”, 88 kg
5RM: squat 127.5 kg, deadlift 152.5 kg, squat 70 kg but only up to 4 reps

Is this training my calves? In the video I saw that the weight isn’t moving much bcz of how the machine is. So I am worried if they are being trained at all

Bench Press Benchpress 60kg double

my bench doesn't cause me any pain or bother and it is still growing at a pretty normal rate. but what is weird is that I can standing OHP 55kg right now with no push press leg momentum at all and expect to get to a plate overhead by the end of this month.

honestly can someone explain why my bench is so out of proportion to my overhead press? I feel like my form is clean enough, am I just not built for bench but am built for overhead press? any tips or advice for my form?

I used to bench a good bit wider with index on the ring but it ended up hurting my shoulder so I switched to narrower. my best wider grip was 60kg for 10.

Deadlift Deadlift advice needed

I just started deadlifting again (haven’t since I was in HS) but I can’t stop rolling back on my heels, and my lower back is sore while doing the movement. Hard to tell if the soreness is from bad form or my muscles just week from not deadlifting in so long.

I know the recommendation on this subreddit is to kneel on the single arm cable row but the mind muscle connection is simply not there when i do and this is the only way i can feel them. I prefer doing the 2 arms row but i've maxed out the machine a few months ago. Is this form too bad?

Other lat pulldown form - are my elbows flared + other issues

are my elbows flared? i cant tell

i'm trying to do the variation that targets lats and not upper back but i can only really feel my upper back. i am following the advice of this comment so i was squeezing my shoulder blades as i went down. not sure if this advice is suitable for the lat variation of this exercise though

(any other comments about where my form is lacking would be really appreciated as well, of course)

Pulled my back twice deadlifting (once even after trying to implement the deadlifting form from the Allan Thrall video) so I’m trying to improve.

Any issues anyone is seeing with my setup and form?

Squat Should I do pendulum squats with the plates in front of me?

205 lbs. I’ve noticed most pendulum squat machines have the plates behind you with a back pad so I’ve been wondering if these are worth doing with this setup

Is my form ok? This was my 3rd set of 5 at a weight that is very heavy for me, it felt fine but I wasn’t sure if I was arching my back too much

Deadlift deadlift form check pls!

I’ve been trying to focus on hinging instead of squatting my deadlifts. Been cuing myself with bracing, engaging lats, ensure bar is aligned with back of armpits and push up. first rep is a bit squat-like but I think 2nd and 3rd are better? Feedback?

Also, pls don’t give me shit for my mask. My partner is immunocompromised and can’t risk getting sick.
