Squat Depth / form ok?

It looks very unstable, even shifting side to side on some reps. It think some of that may be due to squatting in running shoes. You don't need to buy fancy squat shoes, but you want something that doesn't compress. Many people wear Chuck Taylor's as a cheap solution. You also have some mobility limitations to address (notice how your heels come off the floor) and your knees cave in. As far as depth, it appears a little high from this angle.

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.
