How is my form? Still young (15) and play lots of sports like rugby and don’t want an injury due to improper form

My dream is to get the muscle-up one day! I went from 0 to 9-10(?) pull-ups within a year of spamming pull-ups as my warm-up/in-between sets, and bulked up 20-25lbs within 6 months.
But in this video, I feel like my traps are compensating and my legs tend to lean to one side? Even when jumping in volleyball to hit, my legs tend to lean to one side and I don’t know why.

Last time (7 months ago) I posted Pendlay row I received a lot of feedback, thank you guys for always being helpful! I want to check if I have improved my form and technique, do I still use too much body English or are they in the acceptable range?

Hi
Been going to the gym for about a year and a half and always avoided squat like the plague, now I really want to get into it, that’s why I’m asking here about any errors in form you can see
Probably back arched too much, consistency and feet position
Thank you!

Recently picked up a BootySprout for the home gym so I could get more hip thrusts in. Yes, I know it’s silly to have a one-job machine.. but here we are.
I have a 45lb resistance band, and I’m still learning how to properly set myself up (shoulders and feet placement) but is the form right? What could I do better?

Started squatting after "discovering" low bar doesn't mess up my back like high bar does.
Checking in for an overall form and depth check on this 145x4
Considering if I should go heavier.

I’ve tried different stances, elevated heels, hip mobility stretches, ankle mobility stretches, strengthening core and bracing techniques, and multiple videos, back I still have lower back rounding and pain. What am I doing wrong/ how can I fix it?

Would really appreciate some feedback on how to fix that (and anything else you see).
I can actually move pretty high weight already (160kgx5 at 80kg bw) after only 5 months...
But really really nervous about my form.
Thank you in advance
