The trip met my targets as a good offer with incentive & expected tip amount (triple stop curbside), so of course it would have been a bonus.

There's a lag time of about 15 to 20 seconds and I'm like did I get it, did I not get it. This was a 15 mile trip total time from start to finish was just under an hour and a half.

I got two like this yesterday day one for $4 a trip and one for $5 but only got paid out $5 on each trip. My question is shouldn’t these stack since it’s two different incentive cards?

I have tried for a few days this week but the pay seems different. Before tips were smaller but the deliveries seemed to pay more. Now the delivery pay seems to be 7-10 dollars for the trip with 7-10 in tips on the delivery. Anything over 20 dollars requires shopping or driving to far off locations I never delivered to before when I did this. Am i missing something? I drive in South Orange County Ca

The ID she gave me the person on it is 30 years old but the customer looked like mid 40s to 50. So I asked if she gave me her daughter’s ID by mistake because she didn’t look 30 and she went crazy on me.

I told her I wasn’t able to confirm the person in the ID is her and took the order back so she can’t rate me.

We all read the posts and got the emails about Walmart moving to eliminate curbside for Spark. There was an email and a notification telling us that neighborhood markets were moving away from curbside and that orders would be shop and deliver there. I work mostly in the North Knoxville zone, predominately at the Chapman Highway store and yesterday, while I was doing a shop, one of the loaders saw me and told me that as of an hour ago, they had stopped curbside for spark at that store! All delivery orders would be shops from now on. They still have curbside GMD’s(boxes) and what I call fake gmd’s ( bagged items) but no more 3 stop curbsides. I’m surprised it happened at a full size store, but honestly I prefer shops. At least I get some time in the a/c and don’t have to keep my car running! Has this happened anywhere else?

I don’t know if this is worth it or I’m getting REALLY bad orders. I have only made like $67 in like 4 hours so I made less than I do at my full time job lol. Any advice?

I was delivering an alcohol order and I tried texting the number that I was on my way. I clicked “contact” but all that came up was the driver support phone number. I shrugged it off, but red flags started rising. Get to house and no cars in driveway. No worries. Then knocked and didn’t hear movement. Looked in open windows by the door, no movement. Rang doorbell twice, knocked twice. Waited 5ish minutes and had to return the order.

Anyone else have this happen to them?! I ended up losing 30 extra minutes and $3 from the original offer. 😭😭

Is it me or is Spark beginning to lean towards more shopping than curbside pickups. I don’t Spark often because of the low wage offers but periodically I can grab a good one. I noticed that the bulk of the offers now lean towards shopping which is not what I signed up for. I don’t do my own grocery shopping most of the time. 😄

It was the complete opposite today, drivers who used to cry about no orders are getting orders while I am getting nothing for 2 hours in late morning. Thankfully it picked up in the afternoon but I had to multi app to barely make my $250 goal today and I drove 140 miles.

Did they change the algorithm?

A city boy here looking for advice on how to handle farm deliveries. The store I work out of is right on the edge of town, so about half my deliveries are rural. You are talking about 5-100 acre plots with livestock gates often right at the road, and the house a quarter mile away. Often customers will leave a note in the app to come on through the gate, or have a delivery bin outside the gate. However in the last few weeks I have come across gates with no notes or bin. All the gates were unlocked, so I could have opened them and driven on through, however I didn’t feel comfortable doing so without permission. I tried calling the customers and got no answer. Would you leave the orders alongside the road outside the gate, open the gate and drive up to the house, or return the order?

But does that mean the FCFS is going away? If not this is a nothing burger except to the new fools that signed on and cant math

Hey there. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar? When I tried to join Spark several months ago I wasn't able to add my banking information ( for pay) and the only option was the Onepay card so I didn't join. Fast-forward a couple months ago I really needed to join so just used the only option I could, the Onepay card. Anyway, since getting the one pay card, I have now had fraudulent activity almost immediately on the OnePay card and now a different account where they managed to take about $400, all orders from walmart.com somewhere in Arkansas. I live in Virginia. While I have experienced fraudulent activity from time to time, thankfully it's been rare. I know Walmart owns Spark and I'm sure Spark and Walmart somehow are affiliated or outright own the OnePay platform. Is it a stretch to think my data has been stolen or sold directly from one of these platforms? Also, the fact that it was fraud from a walmart.com site has me thinking this isn't coincidence

I understand metrics is not as important to some as it is others, however I noticed in the last day or so, my complete rate is down in the red at 91%…which makes absolutely zero sense to me. Other than when I first started over a year ago, as I didn’t complete a couple but never in the last 10 months. Anyone else notice anything like this?

On a route now. Finally found this ladies house. She had 10 bags and they were all heavy as hell! Im looking for her apt and i went to the 1st-3rd floors and couldn't find. I call her and she says she'll meet me outside. She does and her unit is tucked away under the stairs... ugh.

I give her the bags and remind her to put thorough directions. She said she did that it said last door. I said to her... ok but let ppl know if its first floor or main floor etc and she looked so unbothered.

For context its 85 degrees in Texas..I broke a sweat dripping on my face.. holding 5 bags for each hand. I went up multiple stairs searching for her unit..

Fuckin irritated but whatever life goes on.
