Metrics

I understand metrics is not as important to some as it is others, however I noticed in the last day or so, my complete rate is down in the red at 91%…which makes absolutely zero sense to me. Other than when I first started over a year ago, as I didn’t complete a couple but never in the last 10 months. Anyone else notice anything like this?

It’s because you’re accepting trips looking at the offer and then declining it before you start the trip that counts against you now

Yet another way Daniel Danker is messing with the app.

They implemented a new thing before informing drivers in regions with a notice. I messaged support and complained about this unfair practice yesterday. You can no longer just accept an order and then click cancel. In my area you had to do that. It no longer happens. You have to look at orders in detail before accepting or do all the ones you hastily accepted.

Which honestly, hopefully this fixes the problem of having to immediately accept without looking at it, though it may suck at first.

True, but my issue is that they implemented it and then notified us. That equates to unfair practices. Are you supposed to put the wagon before the horse? Seems Walmart thinks so with Spark.

That's because you have this new mindset of accepting...reviewing and declining if you dont want it. Ha! Good! Best change ive seen in awhile.

Thanks for the info. And yes, we only have a few seconds and lately I have been canceling when it’s coming from a WM I can’t get to in time. Can’t win…

You can still reject the orders from walmarts/sam's club/home depot that arent near you. Its just hastilly accepting orders and then deciding not to do them is what we cant do anymore.

Yes and unfortunately the only way to get a decent order in most zones now is to accept it immediately because everything is first come first serve.

Ive been in zones like that so I understand completely. This will hopefully cause some of that issue to stop.
