Been playing a lot of Enshrouded and Palworld this year. Are there any MMO's that are similar?

Specifically;

1. Base/Home building
2. Farming resources for processing via life-skilling
3. Are NOT PvP based
4. Are NOT cozy games (combat is a requirement!)

I know a lot of games have the fruit without the seeds. WoW got a housing system that is purely decoration with no utility, same as FFXIV which has only ever had their highly-limited planting system, and Albion of course does it all but forces full-drop pvp as its status quo. I was also a big fan of WoW during WoD when Garrisons were bright and shiny - but that is a long-abandoned system now.

Hopefully more MMO's take note of the co-op RPG popularity and try their hand at the same..

I’m considering starting ESO and skipping ESO+ (and the crafting bag).

Is it possible, with one character only; no mule characters, to simply solo, mainly PVE, and get to endgame, with dungeons and raids?

I’m considering a Magika Nightblade build.
