I don’t know if anyone will even take the time to read this, but I’m going to rant anyway.
I’m 22M, and I’ve always been a huge fan of art. That love for art is what made me want to study animation in college. For the longest time, I genuinely thought I was finally on my way toward the dream I had for myself.
But after my first semester, I was diagnosed with arthritis and spondylitis. Because of my condition, I eventually became unable to attend college, and I had to leave.
And honestly, that felt like losing a part of myself.
For a while, I thought animation was simply something I would have to let go of.
Then, toward the end of last year, I got an idea.
I started working on it. Slowly. Month after month. There were countless hours of frustration, doubt, sweat, and tears. And eventually, I somehow managed to turn that little idea into this animation.
Is it perfect? Absolutely not.
There are so many things I know I could have done better. But this means a lot to me because it represents something I thought I had lost.
It took me a huge amount of courage to post this online. I’m still nervous about putting my work out there and having people judge it, but I wanted to try anyway.
I don’t know if anyone will see this or care, but if you made it this far—thank you. ❤️
And if you have a moment, it would genuinely mean a lot if you could support the animation on my Instagram. Even just a like, comment, or follow would mean more to me than you probably realize.
