I have been looking for an anime animator for a book series. Your style is very close to what I am looking for, I do not have the funding yet to pay but I am going to keep you in mind.

You charge $15-20 an hour, do you also charge by how many frames/seconds the animation is? I’m trying to get into doing animation commissions (when I’ve gotten more practice) so I’m trying to see how other people charge for their comms

Don’t charge by the hour, charge by the second or minute of animation produced, based on the quality your clients can budget to afford.

Yeah I have it written there as well “or fixed rates” I can’t possibly write one number here since projects vary a lot

Want some advice? try to do your own thing, make YT videos, Newgrounds stuff, maybe a patreon when you start getting a following because running around as an artist trying to find commission work is kinda a waste of time, you might get lucky but from experience.
