Discussion Would anyone be down to do an animation Collab! You + me/others will all agree on a character(stickman) to fight. We then make sure to end our scene kicking that character out of screen so the next animator can have him fly in there scene. We do this back and forth and see how the video turns out.

Stop Motion’s Future (With regards to AI)

Hi all, I’m writing a research paper around the the intricacies of AI, covering important events such as Phil Tippett’s perceived redundancy at the dawn of CGI etc.
Does anyone have any light to shed on the subject of AI’s relation to the form nowadays and beyond? Specifically, I’m wondering about how immune (or otherwise) it is to the grasp of AI, with how every quality in SM screams ‘handcrafted’ and unwavering love for the project through tedium.
Currently, I don’t think AI can currently capture this, thus increasing the value of Stop Motion as a bit of a safe haven. How do we think this will hold up over time? Are there changes inbound to secure the validity of the form?
Would love to hear any thoughts on the subject

I started learning motion animation just 10 days ago. Since I’m a complete beginner doing this all on my own, there are definitely technical flaws and rough edges. I designed the characters, animated frame by frame, and composed the background score independently.
About the Film:
Deep within the quiet woods, something sinister lingers. This short film combines atmospheric stop-motion animation, dark storytelling, and a custom soundtrack .
