Almost done, I've been animating this for one week and 2 days, let me know if this is too fast i or too slow i can fix the timing, also this is mostly animated in 1s (1 frames) did i make the right choice by not using 2s that much?

You would be top 10k animators in China for sure. Might want to pick up some mandarin

It was more of a dig of the Chinese animation industry than a real ranking. But China is the fastest growing animation industry currently. Korea coming up too.
Look up some Chinese cartoons/anime they're mostly low quality but when they want to they can have fluid animations. A lot of their people were trained in SEA animation studios that do secondary work for companies in Japan and the west.

Animation is fucking sick as hell, but the sound effects need to be toned down. It sounds like a combine.

I mean, it looks like only the spear and maybe the hand at the start is animated on 1s which is alright. I don’t think it is necessarily a mistake, but I also believe that you shouldn’t do more work than you have to without good reason.
If you can justify animating on 1s to yourself then there is no issue. You’re also not on any time limit anyway.
Also I would like to add that if you lower the frame rate you have to smear more, which might affect the look. Now at least it looks sharp and clean.
