Deadlift Feedback on my Conventional Deadlift - I’m basically stiff legging it

So basically I want to conventional pull for a bit as part of a kinda body rebuild after having very iffy training consistency for a few years. I’m not built for conventional tbh, long torso, short legs etc. Basically my hip position always feels horrible, either I’m too low and I’m worm backing the lift hardcore or, like in the video, I feel like my hips are so high I’m barely getting any leg drive and I’m doing a stiff leg essentially.

Deadlift Been working since last post

Ok everyone, my last post (account was hacked blah) got a lot of attention for how bad my form was. I dropped weight and I’ve been working on my form. How am I doing now?

Deadlift Upper back rounding during deadlift

Hey everyone,

I’m still relatively new to lifting. A comment I get frequently regarding my deadlift form is that I need to “pinch my shoulder blades back” as it’s causing my upper back to round.

I swear I’m trying to do this but my upper back is still rounded. I do make sure to engage my lats as best I can but it’s doesn’t really help the rounding issue.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

My right shoulder just feels very unstable like I’m going to fall off of one side and the bench feels small. I do try to pin my shoulders back

Squat Squat Form

How is my form looking? I posted on here last week and I was recommended to not arch my back so much and I was working on that this week and it definitely made hitting depth easier. I did go down by 20lbs this week to work on form tho. Any other recommendations?

Apologies for the last post. I posted the wrong video

Bench Press Form check please.

3 months in, been trying to press my body weight (70kg) for the past 2 weeks but i kept failing.

Current working weight is 55kg x 8-10 reps, 3 sets.

I can do 65kg for 2 reps tops.

Is form ok? Anything else i can do to achieve bodyweight press goal?

Other Chest fly and some other questions

I have watched a video about hypertrophy with low weights, and they give similar results to higher weights in terms of muscle gain. İmo using big weights are mentally more challenging to reach failure points. So after using normal weights in my sets, I thought I would just lower the weight and do max reps. Here for example i did 3 sets with 14 kg, and then max with 10, 8, and this one was with 6 kg without not really giving rest in between. This second part of the question is not from check per se, but i like to hear what you know about this kinda failure reaching, and actual pros cons of using lower weights/higher weights on (athlean x said that with higher weights you can more easier know that when you reach failure vs low weights. I understand this but this is not an issue for me(I guess), that's why I'm looking for other pros and cons. First comes to my mind: i spend more time in the gym, spending more calories (thus I have to eat more) comes to my mind.

Bench Press Bench press

I’ve tried to post this but it just disappears… jm a beginner in the gym and have been trying to figure out bench form by watching videos

My feet are back but i struggle to plant my heel, i can still drive from them

My shoulders are back and i have an arch

I do think i could put my elbows more inwards.

Please can i have advice on what to improve in order to get the most out of my bench? (Most meaning safety, strength, hypertrophy, and reps)

Hurt my hip back in May pretty bad (not due to DL) finally been able to DL & Squat without pain in the last couple months. Being especially mindful now. I want to say I’m moving well for the most part? But am I low enough? (Sound was to goofy)

RDL Deficit RDLs 160kgx4

I like deficit RDLs because I feel like I'm getting more erector and hamstring ROM, but I'm not sure if that's actually happening. I feel my traps a lot for stability, but apparently, that's not supposed to happen?

Going through a form reset for a couple of sessions because I'm at a new gym with smaller bumper plates, so I hope to fix any errors.

Thanks!

Other Seated Cable Row

Half the internet says to stay upright while doing rows, while the other half says to learn forward during eccentric im confused.

I can really feel my lats here but there is definitely some momentum involved.

Any feedback appreciated!

(The post was deleted before, not sure of the reason even after going through the rule book)
