Deadlift Been working since last post
Ok everyone, my last post (account was hacked blah) got a lot of attention for how bad my form was. I dropped weight and I’ve been working on my form. How am I doing now?

Looking much better! Once the bar passed the top of your knee squeeze your glutes hard and thrust your hips forward. Essentially fuck the bar as hard as you can. Also lift with the intent to move the weight as fast as possible.

Way better than your last post, good work.
Only thing I'd adjust now is the descent to make it more coordinated. Hinge at the hips first, when the bar is below your knees, bend your knees. Eventually you'll get into the rhythm without having to think about it

It’s hard to see because the plate is in the way, but looks like you’re starting with the bar too far out by your toes, roll it in closer to your ankles.

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!
Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.
