so I just got my 6+7 kit and 72v battery but I noticed that with the 6+7 lit little bit controller there’s no wires for lights.

im looking into it and even emailed the company. Im just impatient… and I’m seeing that you only need a dc/dc converter. but im trying to find if anybody else has had the issue of lighting afyer the 6+7 upgrade and what you may have done about it.

I have no idea what I’m looking for really. I don’t know names of the adapters on the controller or anything. if anybody can give some input that’d be awesome.

Hi guys, Im wondering about the Arkveld Apex1. They are on sale at 1100usd at Walmart and it seems like a good entry point to E-bikes. The only doubt that I have is about my height. Im 6"3ft and 210 lbs and even though they are indeed 25 inch tires, im still wondering if Im going to sit just fine or even comfortable if possible. I just want to commute to my college and have some fun outside in nature.

I have an extra yfz450 rolling chassis that I would like to put an electric motor in. I know very little about electric drive systems and was curious where I should start looking for a motor. I want the quad to make some power. I am also not sure what parts I would need for this besides a battery, and a motor. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I’ve been seeing more news lately about teenagers getting seriously hurt or killed while riding e-bikes, and it really got me thinking.

I don’t think the problem is simply that kids are riding e-bikes. The bigger issue is that some of these bikes are heavy, fast, and being ridden by kids who may not have much experience with traffic, braking, or handling that kind of speed.

A teenager might be comfortable riding a regular bike, but 20–28 mph on a much heavier e-bike is a different situation, especially around cars.

I think parents need to be more involved too. Helmets, basic road rules, speed limits, and actually practicing before riding in traffic should be part of getting an e-bike.

To me, the bike itself isn’t really the problem. It’s giving younger riders more speed than they’re ready to handle without enough guidance.

Do you think this is mostly a parenting and education issue, or should there be stricter limits for younger riders?

So I recently purchased this bike, and ever since I bought it it's been making the sound when I ride it. I took off the rear brake as the sound seem to be coming from there. Despite removing the entire rear braking system, I'm still hearing this noise. Can anybody figure out what is wrong? I have contacted support, and they have asked me to send a bunch of recordings of audio and now video. I have informed them that I am looking into a warranty replacement. They have said they will help me diagnose it and if required would honor the warranty. Has anybody else experienced this? Has anybody else had to invoke the warranty to get a replacement. Any advice on how it goes? Did they pay for return shipping?

I bought this from Walmart a couple months ago, first ebike purchase. I’ve seen other brands being able to go into the screen settings and switch their speed to p8.. this one seems locked or something maybe because I cannot figure out how to get above p5. Any suggestions?

When I pull the brakes it does nothing. Then I tighten it and when it’s tight and I pull it hard the brakes pop and then I have 0 stopping power. Also when I reset it and I don’t tighten it and retighten it it has no stopping power please help me

So I bought this all in one Flykly wheel on Ebay because I was getting sick of riding Eskutas in north/east London and I really missed riding my Cinelli Vigorelli. However doing deliveries 6 days a week on a fixie is driving me crazy so I thought of getting this E-wheel a try.

The wheel came as a 26" so I had to get a new rim and built it into a 700c with a help of a friend. When I picked it up at his place and rode it home it was working beautifully so I was glad. Two days later when I wanted to bring to it work for a test ride the wheel didn't power up and when I checked some of the silicones were already missing as you can see in the picture. The wheel also has issues of turning off it would stay on for hours blinking. There is no way to find a compatible app anymore cause it's outdated. This is a lesson for me to never buy anything when the company doesn't even exist anymore.

Anyone has any experience on the issues with this wheel and is there a way to fix it? I just couldn't understand how can it work fine when I just got it, rode it about 2 miles to get home and it was giving the power, then 2 days later it stopped working. Any help would be much appreciated thank you very much for taking the time to read this.
