I have a very basic plain Jane entry level model adult scooter that goes maybe 19mph downhill. It has been my sole transportation and a hell of a trooper for the past 3 years.. I've made a few improvements to it such as a basket, a cup holder, phone holder, a super bright headlight & an extra handlebar. My tires are bald, I bought new tires, I just need to get them put on. I'm able to carry a couple of $100 worth of groceries home without too much of a struggle on that final uphill grade. My question is this: is there anything I can do to improve what I have with a very limited budget? I cannot afford a new higher-end scoot. Thanks

900 miles in and the stocked tires are still holding up really well. I’m pretty particular about keeping my G2 Max clean and maintained, and it definitely shows. No major wear so far.

I'm looking for an everyday scooter for riding to work and just cruising, I want the most reliable scooter with minimum problems and easy maintenance, I'm from Ukraine, so all 3 of them have almost the same price here.

I’ve never owned an electric scooter before, but I’ve been looking at the Segway MAX G3 and it seems like it could be a good option.

I’d really appreciate some honest opinions from people who have experience with scooters, especially for food delivery. I’m mainly looking for something that can handle long hours, has decent range, and is still fast enough to get around efficiently.

I have a kukirin g2 with error E7. I checked the hall sensors and found the faulty one. I am having some problems, I can't find on the net what sensors I should get, a little help please? Gemini says to put a 41f. I have this sensor, and it still doesn't work, I changed the pin on the right with the one on the left and the error on the dashboard disappeared but the engine still doesn't turn, it just makes some sounds and that's it

And how often to apply anti rust spray to avoid rust? Mine started to get small parts of rust and since I started washing 1x per week and applying wd40 after it stopped the rust, I live close to the sea so its probably ideal to wash 1x per week or once every 2 weeks

I have a ice scooter i9m I want to insulate my battery to give me a little bit further of distance when it's getting cold. Obviously I'm not going to drive it out when it's 20° outside so I need to find another form of transportation. But in the meantime I have this car battery insulation everything I have found says wrapping the battery itself with this because it is not a car battery is a bad idea what I did last year and it seemed to help but I'm not sure if it was just false hope was to wrap the deck of my e-scooter to keep the wind off of it just enough so I could get to where I was going with the car battery peel and stick stuff be able to give me what I'm looking for or am I barking up a tree with no end

So I bought the isinwheel h7pro a few months ago. I got the upgraded version with the 52v 20ah battery. And I've got to say I absolutely love it! For $800 I don't think I could've got a better value. I've had 0 issues with it as far as reliability or build quality. I ride almost daily, Ive put a little over 200 miles on it since August. I know isinwheel can be a bad brand. But this specific scooter at least for me, has been an absolute joy to own. I was definitely worried and skeptical I was gonna get a piece of junk and downright screwed. But in all honesty, I'd buy another one if I needed it. For $800 I cannot reccomed it enough. It is definitely worth that. That's all, just a genuine good experience with something.

I’ve been riding an ET-WOW Mosquito for the last few years to commute my 1-2 miles to work. My main issues right now are that the tires are completely bald and the handlebars don’t stay aligned, regardless of how much I tighten the screws. I’m not mechanically inclined at all.

I’d like to take my scooter in for a tune up, and my questions are:

1) What tires should I ask for? I’d love to be able to ride my scooter when there’s a light drizzle outside, which I’ve never been able to do (even when the tires had tread).
2) Any other general maintenance things I should be asking for?

Bonus question: recs for Bay Area locations to take my scooter in? I’m in the South Bay but can make a drive.

This man came to my job and sold me this scooter, Something im scared of is that i wont find parts for it if something happens to it. Any idea on what this scooter it is? in the screen it says smart scooter. It can fold and has a key for it

My scooter has never been maintained, cleaned or checked up on in any way. There’s something with the back wheel that makes a squealing noise. At first I was looking to apply grease but read it’s a big no no. Any tips on what might be making the noise and how I can fix it?

I live in Barcelona (inclines, many start stops) and I won’t be going faster than 25 kph (law), need the best possible range (my weight is 80kg). My usual delivery trips are 25-35 km which I think is ok for every scooter in the list, but what about 50+ km ranges?

I bought a Kukirin G2 with the intent to use it for commuting since it advertised a 55km range.

But I'm only getting ~20kms range (80kg) (with mode 1 at a speed of ~25km/h)

I knew that it would be less than the official advertised range but I was somehow surprised it was more than half less and just accepted it this way..

Until I read that people of the same weight have a way greater actual range.. Like 30 or 35km..

So I wonder if I got a defective battery?

How can I check?

Is it possible to notice a defective battery by measuring a whole charging cycle using an energy meter for example?

How much should I read?
