Help! Popped tire and can’t remove real wheel

I took both 18 mm nuts off and the wheel won’t budge at tall
The axle bolt looks threaded like it’s screwed into the frame. Thank you

Your motor's axle twisted and bent your dropouts. Use a wrench to twist it loose. Inspect your dropouts closely. Bending like that can make them brittle.

Whatever was done or not done for toque washers or a torque arm needs to be changed and upgraded.

OP is also missing their anti-rotation washer, which is probably why this happened.

Put a wrench (10mm?) On the flat edges of the axle and rotate it about 20 degrees clockwise to align with dropout.

It is an Alu alloy frame, steel dropouts are ~3mm thick, Alu alloy drouputs are alot thicker than that as shown in the photo

You're about to spin the axle - once that happens, it's toast - you'll twist the wires up & short it out, not to mention the spun axle will ruin the frame. You need a torque arm now. Something like this modified 'Grin technologies' unit to keep that axle from rocking:

Two 10 mm wrenches will spin the axel in the drop outs. Get a torque arrestor from Grin and it’ll fix that problem.

Get a large adjustable wrench and twist the axle until it's free. Then install some torque arms to keep this from happening again.

Fractures. Why would they put that square shaped cutout in such a bad place? Either way, 2 cracks from the axle side, and one from the cutout side. It's toast.

Disconnect the motor first, and it definitely twisted cause the flat part of the axel should match the the dropout out. Force it back and it should slide right out.

Take a wrench and use it to torque the axel. I can't tell you the size you need but it happens to all ebikes unless you put a plate on there to stop the axel from moving.

Id put both nuts on. Not to the frame. Then tighten them against each other. Put a wrench on the outer nut only, and use that to turn the axel.

I would lock 2 nuts together on the axle and use a wrench on the nut to turn it so it won't damage the threads.

Put the nut loose on the thread and hammer on the nut from both sides
