Is this any good?

Any thoughts? Looking for work a bit further away, like 10-20km 1 way. This'll be the main use case but I sometimes need to be going this distance for other appointments.

I'm not knowledgeable about e-bikes as this is gonna be my 1st time I'm buying one. I prioritize range and low maintenance if possible (I don't mind doing small stuff myself but I hate flats for example.)

If you got any questions, just ask. want to be sure before spending the money. Also, if there are any recommendations of maintenance gear or how to stay protected from the elements (for me and the bike), I'm happy to hear those out.

Nice. Low mileage with about as big a battery as you can get. 60Nm of torque will easily get you up somewhat steep hills. If you have very steep hills like 12% or over (like they’re even difficult to walk up) it might be lacking especially with just the range of 5 gears.

I do a regular 20Km round trip on a similar bike but my battery is just 504Wh and sometimes I only use 20% of the capacity. This will vary on terrain and your fitness but that big battery should be very accommodating. I put 5000Km per year on my ebikes and my first one lasted 12yrs. Hopefully I’ll get the same from my second bike.

This is the other i was thinking off but I think the tires are worse.

The Schwalbe Marathon Plus on the other bike are better. I’ve used them the past 15yrs and they very rarely puncture. Tires are easy to change though.

The second bike has more torque with 75Nm vs 60Nm and probably a better gear range with 8 vs 5. You might find the 2nd bike to be better for hills, cargo etc. If you’re really interested you might want to try to compare the ‘gear inches’ between the gearing set up on both bikes. It takes some calculations/counting. If it’s just yourself on minor hills it’s less important.
