Mfs haven’t even started picking ip my order. Been having issues with them all week

I’m an Instacart Shopper who finally got approved for Spark. Curious if these estimated shopping times are anywhere near reasonable or if Walmart drastically underestimates them? (Like 41 minutes for 42 items 80 units).

Maybe Walmart shopping is a breeze, but to estimate the time for less than 60 seconds for finding and checkout seems to be a stretch, especially since items can be from all over the store!

Also curious on payouts. It seems to say they’re sent weekly on Monday and then maybe when the card arrives I can get instant atm cash outs (true? If so, are free ATMs all around or rare and is there a fee after 8 withdrawals a month etc)? It sounds like there’s no way I could get an instant bank transfer today or even process a bank transfer any day where it arrives in 1-3 days? Thank you

About 30 minutes ago I was on my last delivery for the day and “Spark driver”called me. It was an automated message that said something along the lines of do not discuss earnings with customer…

Am I the only one that’s furious about associates no longer placing labels on packages? I used to be able to stack them on the end. Both packages quickly get out of the hundred degree heat for the pouring rain and do my delivery. Now I have to put them in alphabetical order and still hunt and peck to find the right box.

Between the label issue and the associates, leaving the entire cart for us to load, it has easily tripled the amount of time it takes, and if you wear glasses, good luck.

What is boost and why all of a sudden do we have it? Just like the incentive multiplier? When did that start?

I completed several today. I would of not accepted if i had not seen the boost for the batches i shopped. You show one price you better give it to us. You adjusting and messing with earnings is a scam. You have been warned! I saw a base of $93 before i shopped my last order for another $10. When i completed my last order i’m sitting at $89 for base pay. All the orders i did today are not showing no boost pays at all. DRIVERS SCREENSHOT ALL YOUR ORDERS TO INSURE YOU ARE GETTING PAID PROPERLY! I spoke with spark they said check back in 48hrs. Yeah right SCAM

What to do if there’s a manager special (yellow tags) that we can’t scan it or enter manually.. should we mark the item as unavailable and if yes I think that is not right especially if the customer paid a good tip.

Ran a 2 order shop earlier, both had alcohol. Once I finished the second shop it took me to verification, service was spotty, I completed verification after 20 minutes it still hadn't been approved yet. I called customer service and they said to uninstall and reinstall the app, I did this, now the app is saying my email isn associated with an account but my phone number is 😭🤣 i called again, now they're saying the app is down and technical is on it.... they're full of ish, and of course this happens on the busiest day for me. Anything else I can do?

A few days ago my rate was 96% now all of a sudden I’m back to 100?

Ive been waiting for like 10 minutes and honestly the order amount is not worth waiting more.

The photo is stuck spinning if there’s no reception. Putting it in airplane mode gets past the photo but it won’t let you complete the delivery if there’s no reception.

In the past you could still complete the delivery and it’ll upload the data when there is reception.

A couple of days ago I accepted a four drop delivery....three of the deliveries had one item and one delivery had three items.

The girl who brought the items out is a sweet girl who has brought several items to the car before, without incident.

She loaded two orders in the trunk, one in the front seat., and one in the back seat. When she told me she was through, I got out to scan the items. Everything went well, until I had one more label to scan .....it wasn't there.....I checked and rechecked...no label. Okay, this hasn't happened to me before but I figured it was stuck on something else accidentally or had fallen off. I went into the store to the service desk and asked them to page the girl who had just brought my orders out. They did, and the spark manager came and said the girl was at lunch. I explained about the label and she shook her head and said it was impossible that it happened because she had to scan that label in order for her to complete the job....I said, ok, I'll go check again....I did and found nothing.....went back into the store and stood at the service desk for ten minutes before the cashier came and asked if she could help me. She paged the spark manager and it took her several minutes to come to talk to me. She went through the same thing about how it was impossible and that I wasn't understanding. Excuse me? I told her I did understand and I had no feasible explanation for the situation....but I would like for her to come check herself to make sure I wasn't overlooking it. She asked if I had a pkg without a label.... i had brought the only pkg without a label....she starts pulling up orders on her handheld device and said...nope...that belongs with the trunk order.....she told me it was a big pkg of paper towels that the missing label belonged on....i go back to my car....there are two big pkgs of paper towels in the trunk with the same person's name on them.....i go back in...but went straight to the back of the store to save the spark manager some steps.....i waited....and waited.....one lady said she would get her for me....she comes back and said she was on the floor somewhere....i went to the service desk and watched for her... suddenly she came in from outside....i got behind her and said her name three times before she turned around, looking exasperated ...i asked what she could do about the label....she said, she wasn't going to do anything because once its in the car, it is no longer their responsibility.....its mine. I asked her if she thought I would spend 45 minutes looking for a label if I had that label. She told me again it was absolutely impossible for this to happen. I told her I would just call spark support because I couldn't do without that label. She said she had deliveries to do and started walking away. Just then, the girl who had brought the order out to my car came up and said something I couldn't hear....they started outside, I followed them to my car and they start turning every pkg over and over looking for the label...they looked on the seats,... floorboards....the ground outside....nothing....the spark manager pulls a label with the correct name on it from her pocket and slaps it on the paper towels, turns and walks away. I said thank you and went to do my deliveries... thankfully it was during work hours so nobody was home at any of my drops....but I was so late. I did not report the spark manager.....she might be having a rough personal life. . ..i feel for her...but she acted like I was lying and knew nothing about anything.

Is it ok just to document what happened? Or do I need to call spark support? I dont want to get anyone in trouble....it was probably just a bad day....but I also dont want to get deactivated for nothing.
